I only wish government could keep an eye on such scam companies so more innocent people won't be trapped.
This Club Liberty employees and their owner should be put behind bars to run such a worst scheme and cheating people by blocking our money via Credit cards. They don't arrange proper trips, nor do they give back our money after they committed they will refund the money in a period of time. I only wish something really bad happens to this company and the employees of this company.

Public Awareness Post – Club Liberty Membership Cancellation & Refund Issue

I am sharing my experience with Club Liberty to create awareness for other consumers.

I enrolled in a Club Liberty membership that carries a 10-year commitment, based on assurances given by their sales representatives. However, post-enrollment, I encountered multiple inconsistencies, misleading statements, and a lack of transparency from both the sales and customer service teams, resulting in a complete loss of trust.

I clearly communicated that I do not wish to avail of any services under this membership. As per Point 7 of the signed agreement, cancellation is valid in the event of service-related concerns. Mis-selling and loss of trust clearly fall under this category.

Further, Point 8 of the agreement states that cancellation is not applicable only after any service has been availed. This clearly confirms that cancellation is permitted before availing any service, which is my current status.
Nowhere in the agreement is it mentioned that a customer must compulsorily take a service in order to initiate cancellation.

Despite this, Club Liberty has stated that I must first avail their service to process cancellation—this condition is not mentioned in the agreement and is therefore factually incorrect and contractually unsupported. A company cannot force a customer to use services against their will.

From the beginning—starting with sales personnel and continuing through customer support—I have been provided with false and contradictory information. As a consumer, I am fully within my legal rights to seek cancellation and refund.

I have already raised a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to initiate proceedings in the Consumer Court.

I expect Club Liberty, as an established organization, to honor the signed agreement, comply with consumer protection laws, and process my refund without further delay.

My experience with this service was extremely disappointing. They made promises they never delivered on and completely wasted my time and money. Please be careful before trusting them — I would strongly advise others to think twice before getting involved

A COMPLETE SCAM.

They called us up saying its a promotional offer from Maruti and lured us into buying their holiday package. They target the older generation as they aren't very tech savy and get them to invest. They lie about the hotels they have tie -ups with, they are not tied up with any 5 star hotels! If you have invested you need to go immediately and confront them to get your money back. We thankfully got out money back as we threatened to go to the cops

I got a call from their sales team, he mentioned Liberty Vacations International is newly launched and was pushing me to visit a local 5 star hotel for claiming free travel and movie voucher and attending some 20-30 min presentation. Looking at the reviews here I have completely dropped the idea of even visiting. Changing name from Club Liberty to Liberty Vacations International won't hide your past deeds.

I am highly impressed with the service of Liberty vacation.the membership is truly worth it, especially for frequent traveler like me. The property in jaipur was luxurious and the food was authentic and tasty liberty is definitely the right choice for quality holidays

This is a scam website or company, none of the genuine companies make you to sign an agreement to avail membership. All the clauses are like saving their company from scrutiny and very few will favor the person taking the membership. Very slow customer service which takes weeks to book a holiday which is a minute task. Please stay away from this company

Don't ever trust this company, and don't go to there meetings or promotion events. They are fraud and they attract people saying providing vouchers, but you know they are invalid vouchers, they will not be reachable after giving the vouchers

I am beyond disappointed with Club Liberty (also known as Liberty Vacations International or Liberty Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.), and I strongly caution anyone considering their services to steer clear. This company has proven to be utterly unreliable, consistently failing to deliver on their promises and engaging in what I can only describe as deceptive practices that border on fraud. My experience, spanning over eight months from February 5, 2025, to August 2025, has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by endless delays, vague responses, and broken commitments.

I purchased a holiday voucher expecting a seamless booking process for a stay in Munnar or Wayanad, as promised in their promotional materials. However, every attempt to redeem it—starting with my first request on February 5, 2025, for a February 14–16 trip—has been met with excuses: “waitlist status,” “peak season restrictions,” “technical issues,” or requests for already-provided details like my voucher code. Despite my persistence (over 43 emails!), they’ve repeatedly pushed me to “coordinate later” (April, May, July, and counting), even claiming Munnar is suddenly “not applicable” without explanation. This is unacceptable and reeks of deliberate stalling to avoid fulfilling their obligations.

Their claim that vouchers are invalid during “peak seasons, long weekends, and gazette holidays” was never clearly disclosed upfront, which violates the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, under Section 2(47) for unfair trade practices and Section 2(11) for deficiency in service. Their misleading advertisements, promising “anytime redemption,” also fall under Section 89 of the Act. Additionally, their failure to address complaints promptly could breach TRAI’s consumer grievance regulations, given their communication practices. I suspect their tactics—requesting redundant information and delaying responses—are designed to frustrate customers into giving up, a hallmark of fraudulent schemes.

This is a formal warning to Club Liberty: you have until September 10, 2025, to either confirm a booking for July 13–16, 2025, in Munnar, Wayanad, or a comparable location as per your brochure, or provide a full refund and a written explanation of why the voucher cannot be honored. Failure to comply will force me to escalate this to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, seeking compensation up to ₹5 lakhs for harassment and losses. I will also file complaints with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and consider reporting this as fraud under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code for cheating and dishonest inducement. I’ve saved all correspondence as evidence, and I’m prepared to share this ordeal on platforms like X, MouthShut, and LinkedIn to warn others.

To anyone reading this: avoid Club Liberty at all costs. Their so-called “luxury holidays” and “free vouchers” are nothing but a trap to waste your time and potentially misuse your personal information. I’ve seen similar complaints on review platforms, suggesting a pattern of deceit. Save your money and book through reputable providers instead.
Club Liberty, your negligence and apparent dishonesty are a disgrace. Resolve this immediately, or face the consequences in court and public opinion.

Clubliberty is not valid for not even 1 star. Fake company, they will promise free holiday voucher & movie ticket & simply waste our 2 to 3 hours of time & force everyone to take their membership if you don't take it then they will show their real face & both holiday voucher & bookmyshow voucher is one of the scam, thye never give chance for us to redeem it, this is fake company, don't go to their presentation & don't buy any membership, this is fake company

Absolutely unreliable bunch of people who are only looking for scamming the people and get away with their money. Incompetent, unprofessional customer care team comprising of Ritu, Prachi and Ahmed who keep misleading and lieing to the customers all the time. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!

I have paid, 2,33,000/- Rs. They promised to provide 5* hotels but never they do it, they provided Sterling Resorts, ooty but the room was worst, means, they deal for the worst n cheap rooms. Every time, one has to get into arguments while booking, the executive Mr. Vikram Randhawa who promised 5* luxury hotels never pick the calls, they do not have escalation matrix or grievance Redressal system in place, one has to deal with the same customer care or reservation executives. Already one member Smt. PH Jhansi Rani from Bangalore filed a complaint in consumer court and the honorable court gave verdict in favor of the complainant. I am also planning to file a similar suit and suggest all who suffered to file similar cases against club liberty. This is a big fraud firm n shud b brought to book. I wud also suggest effected members to form a group to file a case, for which I am ready to lead it.

Fake and fraud company..

They will pay you for positive reviews and give lot of unfulfilled promises.

Went to Kerala recently using my Liberty Vacations International membership and had a truly beautiful experience. The backwater resort they booked for us was peaceful, scenic, and offered amazing hospitality. What I appreciate most is how easy the entire process was—Liberty took care of everything from booking to check-out. I’ve been a member for a year now and I’m still utilizing my membership smoothly without any issues. Their team is responsive and professional, which makes every trip stress-free.
