I cannot praise Club L customer service enough. There was a minor issue with an order I had placed, they got in contact with me personally immediately with a resolution and offer of goodwill (which wasn’t absolutely necessary but very much appreciated!) A huge thank you to Mia and Rachel who went above and beyond to get a dress out to me in time for my baby shower with no extra cost or inconvenience to myself. I will definitely be ordering again!

I spoke to Rachel over the chat line, I needed some help with refunding to my original payment method.
