I had a few technical difficulties with a qr code and the customer service was excellent and they sorted it in no time at all :) very friendly will definitely buy more again

I bought a bracelet almost a month ago. Since april 20th the package has been stucked in local customs and i havent received any response on the status of my parcel, or when I will receive it..

After multiple emails back to backs, I'm only receiving " "we are waiting confirmation from our logistics department". But Im completely tired. I dont know the quality of the products but definitely they have the worst logistics department and a really poor customer service regarding clarity and effective answers.

I just hope I receive what I pay'd for and a fully compensation, because I'm never buying here again. I Prefer buying chinese non-green washing products that are 3 times cheaper, are exactly the same and at least they arrive in time

Poor communication about the parcel's huge delays compared to what advertised. I lived in france, the parcel came from Germany, and it took 1 month instead of 10 days to be SHIPPED. I recieved the parcel afterwards but late.

Horrible explanation about the tracking code only working when the parcel enters French territory which is absurd because you can track parcels worldwide.

And for the icing on the cake, they asked multiple times via mail to delete the bad review I gave them. They went so far as to report it to trustpilot.

Conclusion from my point of view: these people don't much care about their clients except when they give bad reviews. Avoid them if possible.

Its so wonderful to follow your "own" wild animals. Its also good to teach the (grand) children the beauty of the world and to take care of the world.

Sustaining clubocean is so satisfying, easy and funny! The customer service is always ready to help, the plushie is so beautiful e fluffy and the magazine is interesting and contains great pictures.

Such nice people work for this company and if you need help they reply really fast and friendly. I love Club Ocean in general because they bring you closer to the wildlife in the sea and are also responsible for protection. I am very grateful for that 🦈🩵🐬

I had logistics issues with the shipping company and my package was not delivered for 3 weeks but then Zoé offered to send another package free of charge, and after that one also did not arrive, she initiated a THIRD order free of charge and after 2 months of waiting I got to have some really fluffy and cute animals that I can follow everyday. They resolved this issue in a way that I would receive my package no matter what. They are a nice and compassionate team!

Our whale(Ollie) is only 30 years old & they can live to be 90 or more. I bought 3 more for gifts. I'm hoping the one I'm giving brother is in the Pacific (but I don't know now...more are getting beached).

I love the bracelets! I traveled to Antarctica and purchased whale, seal and penguin bracelets to give to friends to find out learn more about the wildlife I saw on the trip! So fun!

I am thankful for the work you do for the marine life. So, many people have a disturbing attitude towards our wildlife who have a right to live out their lives in peace. I will continue to buy your products to support your efforts.

They are amazing. Helping out lots of marine conservation charities. I’ve seen some negative reviews it’s all about the delivery time. Be patient or if you need the bracelets or plushies in time then order it 2 weeks before you need it. 🥰

Shortly after we received our bracelets we had a problem tracking our animals, so I contacted Customer Service via Email on a Saturday, not expecting an answer back until Monday. But to my surprise, I got a response back on Sunday we the information I needed in order to track my animals again. Great Customer Service, very friendly and fast.

I ordered a whale bracelet with navy blue cord back in February or March of this year, paid for it, and have never heard from Club Ocean since. I have emailed Club Ocean but never get a reply! If I can’t get my bracelet, I
just want my money back!

Firstly, I absolutely love the morals and values this company holds. Part of each purchase from them goes directly to supporting marine life. They are passionate about climate change and helping many animals. It’s just really beautiful. They have multiple events/sales for specific earth-conscious specific days and their merch is just absolutely the cutest. Not only that, each purchase comes with a scannable QR code that lets you adopt and track one of the of the animals. It’s so cool.

Beyond that still, one of the hats I purchased, the safety cover on top of the hat, covering the shirt point of the pin, fell off. I emailed them right away, and before even receiving a response, they shipped me a free replacement! Their customer service is exceptional and they are just very warm and welcoming when messaging them.

So in love I got three a dolphin one a turtle and a penguin one fast postage easy service . Easy to get on website and track bought pretty cool thing to have and do. But the quality of them not the best bought in March and it been a month and broken gets taken off when in bath or shower or swimming but worn every day maybe some stronger string would be good . Thanks

I ordered a shark and got a whale, which is nothing of what I asked for the package took over two weeks to arrive which I don’t find acceptable in the slightest, I would honestly go with a brand like fahlo instead

I REALLY recommend them! To know my money goes to help animals and to track them cuties, is wonderful! I bought 10 bracelets and 10 caps and mostly all plushies. I love that i can track an animal and see how it is doing. The bracelets and caps and plushies are beautiful! Fast shipping too!
