Ordered three track an animal for Christmas gifts. One QR code not working. Having issues raising a complaint with the company.
Embarrassing as it was a gift. No idea at all if the other two work or not!
Not the happy Christmas gift I wish it was! Been giving the run around from the company atm!!!

Update!! WOW! You can reply not to emails but to reviews!! The item is faulty and you haven’t replied via email to resolve it. You’ve had me jumping through hoops and are now ignoring me. I’m most disappointed. Things go wrong but it’s how you as a company deal with this. DO NOT LIE AND IMPLY IT IS RESOLVED!!! Shocking. Will be claiming this back from my back. Shame the poor little boy I gifted this to for Christmas is at the brunt of your shocking customer services!!!

The idea of the brand is very cool. I was looking for a Christmas present for my girlfriend when I found this page. I thought it will be a great gift. Unfortunately the gift didn’t arrive on time and for that I was compensated. Excluding the delivery my overall experience was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great company and staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend adopting a shark!

Update:
I bought a plushie on December 13th with the promise that it would arrive in time for Christmas (it was advertised on their website that it would). It only arrived on January 5th, obviously, extremely late, even though the company says it was “just a little late”. During this period, I contacted client support and the information given was very limited. I wrote a review here and I was only contacted again by client support on 27th January asking if the product had arrived and asking if I could change my review “to reflect reality” as they’ve said.
Well, the plushie is very cute and it’s a fine gift. I do think it’s a bit expensive for what it is. The package was very small for the plushie and it was almost open when it arrived.
If you are going to buy it, please keep in mind that it takes really long to arrive, but the penguin plushie is very cute and lovely. The concept is very original and interesting. Yet, client support needs a bit of improvement and it’s definitely not okay to pressure clients to change or delete their reviews.

Using ai in marketing, the packaging it came in is bad for the enviroment, and the bracelets r plastic af 😭🙏 bro so much for helping out planet. i ordered 1 from here n one from another brand to compair and this brand is CHEEKS! not to mention expencive af, save ur money!

I was experiencing some issues with my account and the support team was excellent in helping me with the resolution of them.
My daughter is enjoying being the sponsor of a penguin and loving to be able to follow him around the seas!

I am extremely disappointed with the service / logistics / and the quality of the products. The bracelets are of different lengths, not long enough to fit a man's hand, they are even short for a woman's. The other type with the stones is also small and very pale in color. The most unpleasant thing is that they are not subject to return and refund, but only exchange is possible and the shipping costs are at your expense?!? What will you replace my bracelets with, which are small in size?!? This is extremely disappointing and incorrect!!! To this I add the disappointment with the overall service! I placed and paid for my order on 1.11.25, the tracking link was inactive. In mid-December I contacted them to request information. They sent me a new link, according to which my order was sent to Hungary, not Bulgaria. We exchanged several emails, in which they asked me for the same information, namely an address, so that they could send a new order. At the beginning of January 2026 I still had not received confirmation that a new one had been sent. I contacted them again, they asked for an address again. I received my order on 01/27/2026, after I had placed it and paid on 1/11/2025. Only to find out in the end that the bracelets are small and I cannot return them and get a refund....

Nice gift idea and all straight forward - the bracelet is smart, not at all tacky and my daughter loves tracking 'her' whale. Be aware that the link to the tracking site is not through the website you order on, that's just the shop. That said, we emailed ClubOcean when we couldn't find the tracking link again and they came straight back by email within a couple of hours and sorted us out {but it was just us not paying attention to the instructions to be honest}. Definitely recommended.

Thank you for your help in enabling me to track my animal. I love my bracelet and I love how quickly you were able to help me track my whale! Can't wait to add to my collection!

I sent a query to Club Ocean not really expecting any reply. How wrong I was! Not only did they reply the next day but did all they could to satisfy me and grant my request.

I was a bit sceptic about the website at first. But since the products were so cool I wanted to try it out anyway. I was told that they would arrive in 2 weeks but they arrived in a month and were exactly as they advertised them. I got 4 really cool bracelets and QR codes to claim your pets. I think it would be easyer to keep an eye on your pets if there was an app bc rn you have to go to a specific website and log in to your account but otherwise... I'm really happy with the purchase.

The bracelets are well-made and beautiful. The animal tracking is easy to use and so fun! I was having an issue with my browser/log-in and the customer service was fast, friendly and helpful.
