Awful customer service. Text book of how lose customer loyalty. Ignored my emails, wouldn't escalate my issue when it wasn't being fixed. Could have easily been resolved. I had made several purchases before, but based on my last experience, I'll never shop there again.
I recently made a large purchase with this company- if you can call it that?! I was able to return one pair of shorts but when they didn’t fit I wasn’t able to complete my return for that! Every time I would email for help- nothing! Several emails / calls- which never get answered! Don’t shop here, they don’t care about customer service, they just take your money & then you’re screwed! Fraudulent thieves!
I saw an offer for Club Ride apparel from coupons.usatoday.com offering a buy 1 get 1 20% off discount. When I went to the site it showed the offer was valid. When I placed the items in my cart the discount was not applied, no matter how many times I tried to re-add them.
I contacted the company through their form. They did not respond back to me.
I contacted the company through their email address hoping to get a more direct response. They did not reply.
