Have had kits made by Epic Kits for our mental health football group. The shirts came within 4 weeks of order being placed and the customer service was brilliant. Everyone of our members who have worn the shirts have comment on the fit and the quality, especially as the logos are part of the design not transfers! We’ve just ordered and received a full kit which came in last than 3 weeks!!!

First time order was incomplete and missing items, but was quickly rectified.
Second order again incomplete and missing a large proportion. Was informed rest of order would be sent ASAP - still waiting nearly three weeks later. We may get them in time for the summer. Not good enough for a supposedly professional outfit.

Hi Ian, really sorry you had a below par experience. The 5 missing snoods from your order of 40 have been sent and I have investigated why this happened.
Turns out the manufacturer didn't see the 'small size' order column because it was located off screen. Customers rarely buy this size so he didn't think to check. Its simple human error due to complacency that's unacceptable.
I have since reshaped the structure of the order file so all order columns (Large, Medium & Small) are clearly visible on screen.
We have also add in a few more quality control checks for the machinists to preform in the production process.
I know the above doesn't help you but we continue to strive for perfection.
As these are made to order, the turnaround time in rectifying issues is the same as original orders.
Should you decide to buy kits or snoods in the future reach out and we will provide a personal discount or some freebies.

Clubsnoods created a lovely, well made, product in the correct colour and as requested. The only issue we had was that we ordered size ‘large’ but when they came, they were not large & we struggled to get them over some heads.
