Excellent customer service
I bought a Sage Dual Boiler expresso machine. After a couple of weeks of use, it proved to be inconsistent in use. Katie B arranged for it to be collected and returned to Sage, and I was refunded within a few days. In the meantime I bought a new DB machine, which works great.

Minor issue on a part quickly resolved.
Ordered a Coffee machine and on receipt there was a minor issue with one of the parts. After letting Clumsy Goat know they liaised directly with the manufacturer to get a replacement sent out.

Ordered white chocolate syrup and a pump attachment for making coffees, I am delighted with the syrup it took a wee while to come but was definitely worth the wait. The price for the size of the bottle I got is fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for syrups, the syrup has a lot of flavour and mixes well in the coffee. I have used other brands for syrups before and found most of them don't give much flavour apart from a slight sweetness and little flavour which I could get from just adding sugar. This syrup is now my go to whenever I make coffee.
