From start to finish with my custom build pc!! Phenomenal customer care! I was very satisfied! I’ve tried other services and this is the best experience I’ve had the pleasure to deal with! One of ther reps contacted me about some parts not working well with the pc and it being an issue from the website, so he offered an upgrade free of charge! Which it was unheard of to me. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be buying only from here now. It was also a plus to see my pc getting build! Very satisfied customer!!!

A great experience.
Easy to pick your preferred components and if you make a mistake, like I did, they are quick to get hold of you and help you correct said mistake. I'm very happy with the whole process. Delivery was also great with the sarcophagus, but be warned it's a little heavy. But worth the protection.

How about this company ACTUALLY do something right with the computers they build and quit half arsing it. I think on my pc, the warranty is out and I wished I would've sent mine to get fixed but was more afraid I would never gotten it back even worse, did get it back with used parts in it.

Thank you for your feedback; we regret that your experience was less than satisfactory! That being said, we would like to respectfully address the points raised in it.
First, we build and ship many thousands of systems, and yes, there are those rare occasions where something doesn't go right during transit, e.g., damage, or after delivery for a variety of reasons, some related to the system, some related to stresses from transit, some from the environment the PC is placed in, etc. This is true however, of any physical product, of any brand. There will be an issue rate, no matter how small. That's not an excuse, just simple fact. When such a situation occurs however, we gladly stand behind our products, and assist our customers.
Second, your system does still have some warranty coverage. For the record, it shipped to you with a 1 year parts, lifetime labor, warranty, as well as free lifetime technical support.
Third, as to wishing the system had been sent in to be fixed, when we were contacted regarding the issue encountered, after some basic troubleshooting, we arranged for the system to be sent to us -at our expense, of course- for diagnosis and repair (the parts portion of the warranty was still in effect at that time, so both parts and labor would have been covered).
To that end, we provided a prepaid return shipping label, as well as new boxing and shipping materials at no charge. Over the course of the 7 weeks that followed, we reached out no fewer than 5 times, as the tracking status was not updating, and there was no sign of the system having been shipped to us.
At the end of the 7 weeks, we received a message that instead of being returned to us for repair, the system had been taken to be recycled.
If however, you later regained possession of the system, we are still happy to assist you. As mentioned above the system is still covered by the labor warranty, and if you reach out to our Support Team, they will help you. You can most easily reach them, toll-free, at 855.490.2569.

Nothing in box but PC. No Instructions... Nothing.
I very recently purchased a custom pc from CLX through Affees exchange. I received the pc with NO instructions, accessories, rgb controllers... Literally nothing in the box but the PC itself.
As I have NO experience with PC's at all, I was VERY disappointed with the way it showed up. I called a friend over to help me get things set up, and I was up and running within a day or so.
4/14/26 - Edit: CLX was prompt in shipping me a Remote control for the RGB fans and the remote works beautifully. Though I am pleased that they sent it to me quickly, this should never have been an issue. I know every company cannot be perfect all the time, but when a person spends over $2,500 for a custom built pc, you tend expect to at least get a instruction pamphlet or something, telling you the basics. In this area... CLX missed the mark.
Though I will say... It is a beautifully built Gaming PC, that performs amazingly.

I would give CLX Gaming 5 stars because of the overall performance, quality, and value of the system they provided. This build includes a powerful Intel Core i9-14900KF processor and an RTX 5080 graphics card, which makes it capable of handling high-end gaming, streaming, and demanding tasks without any issues. CLX Stands by Their Product.
CLX stood behind everything and even though the first PC had a big issue they took it back and i ordered another one, the new one was built and it worked great from the get go. The PC i have now runs like a charm. I would recommend CLX to others to get a good, quality PC from. They have very good Customer service and they know alot about the parts they use so you can make good choises. A prebuilt for most is a good way to go but some want their own like me, I am super happy with what I have.
