Delivery driver was shocking had to find him around my village and when I did he said it’s been delivered I asked him where too he gave it to a house not too far from me but didn’t even attempt to deliver to my address not only that no card through my door to say where he left it and I was in all day
His attitude stunk

My 2 labradors have been on this food for 2 months now. One of my dog is allergic to fish chicken and grains, so I found that the lamb single protein variety is perfect for us. My dogs love it. Excellent customer service, always very helpful when I called or emailed them. Highly recommended.

Jenny is very very helpful. My husband was traveling to UK and I order the food from the website to be delivered to the hotel address. Jenny helped me by calling the hotel to keep the parcel safely. Very generousity of you !!! My yorkie loves your food so much.

Each time I have a delivery I don't feel the packaging is great. The bag of food is just in a cardboard box with no protection. The box gets wet during delivery, the wet then seeps through to the dog food as the dog food bag is made of strong brown paper. By the time I get to 3/4 of the way through the bag the remaining food is mouldy. It is a shame as the food itself is good quality but its got to the point where I am looking at an alternative dog food as this food is not cheap and i cant keep loosing so much food each month due to mould. Plus there is the health issues this may cause my dog.

For a dog with allergies the venison dog food & chews has been a game changer. The dogs love the food & the chews are very long lasting even for giant breeds.

You receive a great service from Clydach Farm when they supply their wonderful, pure and healthy dog food. I did lots of research when we were considering what food to get for our new puppy as there is so much rubbish in lots of the other dog foods that we considered unhealthy to feed our new family member!

The dog hasn't tried the food yet, it's still at the post office on the opposite side of town. I don't drive and I'm having trouble collecting it.
