Good Windows but poor service
Windows were good quality however they were let down by poor communication and really bad after service. There was alot of issues installing the windows (damage to interior of house). The entire process took over 4 months (Purchased April, work started June, remedial work completed August). If we knew the after service was so poor we wouldn`t have chosen them.

Following both our call and a full internal review, I’d like to provide some clarity around the points raised.
In terms of timescales, your contract was processed on 11th April, surveyed on 16th April, and installation completed on 19th June — in line with our standard lead time of around 8 weeks from order to installation. A satisfaction note was signed on completion, with minor plaster patching noted at that stage.
Regarding the overall duration mentioned in your review, this includes a number of remedial visits carried out after installation. From our records, each item raised was responded to promptly and scheduled at the earliest available opportunity. Some items were also raised after completion, which can naturally extend the timeline as works are revisited.
You mentioned on the call that some of these items had been highlighted to the installer at the end of the job, and that there was an expectation they would all be resolved together. While we always aim to complete everything as efficiently as possible, certain items require different trades or follow-on visits, which is why they are scheduled separately to ensure they are resolved properly.
We also appreciate your feedback around communication — particularly in relation to scheduling details and your experience when contacting the office. That’s certainly not the impression we want to leave, and it’s something we will address internally.
With regards to the installation itself, older properties can present additional challenges, and while our teams always work to the highest standard, we appreciate your comments around how the job felt towards the end and the order of works. This has been fed back to our operations team for review.
It’s also important to note that we carried out additional works as a gesture of goodwill, and undertook a full investigation into the reported water ingress at no cost. Our findings, supported by an independent roofer, confirmed the cause was related to a pre-existing issue with the fascia rather than the window installation.
Overall, while we acknowledge your experience didn’t fully meet expectations in certain areas, we do believe that all works were completed within a reasonable timeframe, and that any issues raised were handled promptly and fairly.
We appreciate you taking the time to discuss this with us, and if there’s anything further you’d like to go over, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Excellent service.
Clyde Windws installed 7 windows in my property. In every respect the company was excellent. Good communication from the sales office and co-ordination of installation. The fitter, Darren, assisted by Michael, did a great job. They arrived on time, were meticulous in the installation, offered good advice on some issues and tidied up afterwards. They worked tirelessly for two days.
I highly recommend Clyde Windows in every regard.

First Class Service
I used Clyde Windows several years ago for my previous property and had a fantastic experience. After recently moving, I needed a new front door and didn’t hesitate to go back to them.
One of the main reasons I chose them again is that their sales approach isn’t pushy—they genuinely listen to what you want and focus on your needs.
From the initial quote through to the installation, the service was excellent. The fitters were great, and the office staff were friendly, professional, and very easy to deal with throughout the whole process.
I honestly can’t fault the experience, and whatever I need in the future, I can’t see myself using anyone else.

We reside in an old house which was…
We reside in an old house which was built in the 17 century. Over the years we have engaged in several building projects which on commencing faced a few moans and groans from the constitution workers.
However the team from Clyde windows that attended our installation were absolutely excellent. They were friendly , especially with my dog rab , polite , and installed my second floor rotten 17th century windows without a issue and if there was they just got on with it and completed the job to an excellent standard . I can quite honestly say it's the best experience with constitution companies I've had . Many thanks to Ryan and his team . I've got to mention the administration staff also who kept me updated at every step.

Superb service from start to finish. Fitters Tom and Alan fitted our windows and doors quickly, professionally and to the highest standard. Everything finished perfectly. Absolutely no issues at all. All our floors and belongings were covered and protected and all old doors and frames were taken away at the end of each shift. A massive thanks for a job well done. Clyde Windows made life easier!
Contacted Clyde windows as we'd noticed water ingress at our back door after moving home.
We heard back quickly, they provided full details so there was nothing hidden and we were even fortunate that they had availability for someone to come out the same day.
The work carried out was top notch, fixed all of our issues which was a blessing as there were other problems we hadn't been able to identify.
Pricing was reasonable too meaning it was easily able to budgeted in with other ongoing works.
Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning in future for any other work we need done!

Had a new front and back door fitted on…
Had a new front and back door fitted on Friday 6/3/26, the guys arrived first thing and were finished before 1pm. There was no mess and they cleaned up after themselves. I’m delighted with the doors they are great quality and look lovely, I’m vey pleased with the service from Clyde windows from start to finish, I would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again in the future.
