The site is easy to use, and the product is always delivered on time.

This company still owes us more than 40,000 USD. As their service provider for tour services, we find it disconcerting that they are attempting to evade payment by fabricating stories about changing ownership and the like. We urge them to settle this debt promptly. Until this is done, their actions depict them as a fraudulent company.

The tank came packaged perfect. Quick and on time. True to fit! Soft and if you live in florida like me, keeps the sweat off.

You had exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

I’d give them a lower rating if possible…booked a family trip to Ecuador weeks before COVID hit and asked for my $14,000 back after THEY cancelled the trip. They refused to refund me and then went into bankruptcy shortly after…. They were later bought by the current owners, who also refuse to refund me even though I supposedly had a “store credit”with them.

This is not a responsible or respectable business… there are plenty of other sites to buy gear and book travel …

The product never shipped i was refunded but after i ordered said no longer had. Their website should have been updated.

I ordered some shoes from this store. When purchasing them, I didn’t notice that my browser input the wrong address. Within five minutes of submitting my order, I reached out to customer service to see if they could switch addresses. *Five hours* later, they got back to me with this message:

“ Dear Customer, The order was already processed and shortly you will receive tracking status. So in this case we are unable to change your shipping address.”

However, I didn’t receive a tracking status email until about *11 hours* after the above message, which suggests that the store had plenty of time to adjust my address. In addition, when I did receive the tracking email, it indicated that the order hadn’t even been delivered to USPS - a label had just been created.

I realize I made a mistake, but I acted promptly to remedy it, and the inflexibility and lack of responsiveness from this vendor suggests to me that it is probably a dropshipper and doesn’t even control its own supply chain. Buyer beware!

The photos nor the description on the website show that the denim jacket has zippers.
The package was shipped from Utah. I'm in New Mexico. Before being delivered to me, the box went to Texas. I don't understand why the box skipped over NM.So, the box was delivered later than expected.
