Overall responsiveness and a commitment to continuing to improve the customer experience

First of all, I have no connection to the makers of this software, other than I am extremely satisfied with their product. I started off with the Movie Collector app, and was so impressed with it (as well as the Internet based version) that I ultimately subscribed to the two Music and Books applications as well. I appreciate the ability to add custom fields to the software, in addition to the well thought out interface which is easy to master, and productive. It's solid software, and has never crashed. The customizable reporting / viewing components really make it indispensable. I don't normally do reviews, but this is an exception that I'm happy to make.

I have been using CLZBooks since version 3 (I think) of the software. Nothing else has ever come close in utility. With 2300 cookbooks alone, I can find info quicly, and wherever I am.

Renewal process is easy, choose the package/price wanted, payment process easy too.

Easy to use. I use the app and the pc versions. I’ve been updating my collection and is wonderful. I like that when adding I can specify whether it is direct and whether it has the jewelers insert.

Their software is so good that I use it for my comics, vinyl collection, and movie collection. The developers are always on top of things, and they constantly work hard to improve their apps. If they weren't any good, I wouldn't be using them for 3 collections lol. Customer service is excellent, so it's just a really good company with a high-quality product.

Having been a radio freelancer for some years, my CDs an LPs are important. Being able to find items and details quickly is also important. I’ve been a CLZ customer for a number of years and their system has always worked well for me. Any problems though are always sorted quickly. And they are such friendly and helpful people.

There are always points for improvement and the company is responsive to suggestions and actively updates its products.

The program does everything I need it to do. The capability to export to a spreadsheet file is a wonderful plus.

I've been using their software for years. The software can be expensive, but it does a good job keeping my books, movies, music, and games well organized. The software is easy to use.

I have the internet version of CLZ. I use the comics and movie databases. It is great to have these handy on my phone when I go shopping for movies and especially comics. I have over 6,000 comics and over 1500 movies so can't keep in my head all that we have. Has saved me many duplicate purchases. I rated 4 because I have experienced some glitches in the past but think those have been taken care of. Do very much enjoy having this information at hand.

When downsizing I was able to systematically rearrange my library

Progran does everything that a library does. I've used both the downloaded version - when I was organizing my library _ and the online library - for quick reference to a completed collection. Both work smoothly and efficiently.

Having the knowledge that I will no longer buy a book I already have, which I have done more than once in the past, saves me money. I also enjoy being able to see what I do have and what I still need in any set or run. I have CLZ for my phone and laptop, I like the larger format for reviewing my collection and shopping on-line. The phone version is what saves me in my LCS shopping. I'm glad I signed up.

Started using CLZ several years ago. Entered my record collection of some 40 years or accumulating, then life interfered. Came back to it recently after several years and all my collection was still there. Excellent data base, easy to maintain and easy to search. I love it.
