Well organized and fast processing.

They were very help and explained things for someone who was new to this process.

It was very easy to make an appointment and get set up with a provider.

Dr was friendly and caring.

ridiculous amount of phone calls and emails months before my license was up. A 5 min phone call for $100 to renew is a waste of money since a medical license is no longer necessary in MD.

I was happy the dr.called back n had advice I will try,the card has not come in n I think my enrollment supposed to be a year n this renew is only 7month after last and wondered when I need renew again...

Dr. Karen Steinberg is very kind. She is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend anyone needing a doctor certification to go see Karen. Don’t forget when you exit to say hello to Jay. He is very helpful as well as knowledgeable :))

Very helpful and very polite they go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and will answer any and all questions you may have.

I absolutely love the staff. They are knowledgeable and warm and friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that sometimes the flower product is old and musty, and doesn’t taste very good.
