Customer service is unreachable (no email, no WhatsApp, no other contact options). I deposited money and placed 3 orders, but none of them were processed. When I canceled, I never received my refund, and my account balance now shows as 0. This platform operates like a scam system. Stay away and be very careful!
I will absolutely never work with this company again. I completed my payment via Western Union, and I have products that need to be shipped. I am sending my receipt, writing to you via WhatsApp, and emailing you repeatedly, but there is absolutely no response. My money is also missing. This is FRAUD!
Do not use. Their customer support team is terrible. They don’t ship items out in time. They’ve cost me money because I was trying to start a drop shipping business with their products and they never shipped out the items. I had to refund the customer out of my own pocket because of their negligence. Will never do business with them again.
Worst company to rely on . They advertise that they run your shop at their cost and after 1 month when there are no sales or their advertising costs are higher, then they will give your store back because they have 0 knowledge about customers and sale process.. delivery is horrible also. Many times your item get lost . They give you wrong tracking info. Just avoid them.

The customer service doesn’t exist. I’ve ordered somehow g from then and received completely different colour. When I tried to contact someone, is no option at all. Disappointed.
This company offer a variety of personnalized jewels and other kind of products that can't be found anywhere else! Moreover the delivery delay is perfect I'm living in France and I just waited for 10 or 15 days to receive the product.
Ring is very pretty and fits nicely. It is very dainty and stones kinda small. I think a better description of size would be great.
I made 2 orders one did ship and ine still saids processing , the little chat bot dosent work , both orders was made in the middle of DEC 2022 and this is the 5th of Jan 2023
