Nightmarish shopping experience
No, this is my absolutely worst shopping experience for ages. To be fair, it should be mentioned that Cmonpremier only acts as a platform on which I bought a product from Cubyn. Nevertheless, I consider that Cmonpremier vauches for the suppliers that they allow selling through their website. All my dealings with Cubyn have been disappointing and I can only recommend against using them - that is, unless you're fine to receive your baby equipment after giving birth and spending hours calling customer service and dealing with ColisPrivé. But if you would like a regular, or even nice, shopping experience that does not stress you during the last period of your pregnancy, go buy your things somewhere else with a higher level of professionalism (basically, any webshop seems capable of correctly shipping an order these days).

Not shipped on time. Unable to contact customer service.
Placed an order for a Leander baby bed, and chose cmonpremier.com because of the "48-hours" shipping. The bed has not been shipped a week later. I am unable to call their customer service because they don't offer an international number. Their customer service email only offers a 72-hour response time, ridiculous when you're querying a 48-hour delivery.
