Unjust Withholding of $209,414 for 10 Months by Nexio/CMS
Our experience with Nexio/CMS has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. They have withheld $209,414 of our funds since January 2024—over 10 months—despite repeated efforts to resolve the issue.
We onboarded Nexio/CMS in March 2022 and used their credit card processing services until April 2023. After our account closure in January 2024, they initially promised to issue the funds via check since their Plaid payment link was non-functional. However, they failed to honor this agreement and reverted to the non-functional link.
We complied with all their requests, including closing the account and submitting all necessary documents, yet they have refused to release our money. Communication with their ISO Operations Manager, Kassidy Farrer, has been unproductive and unhelpful.
This unjustified withholding of funds has caused significant disruption to our business operations. Nexio/CMS has no legal or policy-based reason to withhold these funds, especially as there are no chargebacks or disputes on the account.
We strongly advise others to avoid Nexio/CMS unless they improve their customer service, transparency, and accountability. We are left with no choice but to escalate this issue further.
