Very fast response to my problem of parts of my item being damaged in transit. Excellent communication and handling of my issue.
I am delighted with CNCEST and its efficient and courteous employees.

First, quality of product for that price is great.
Simple assembly, quick instalation and after 1 hour
ploter was working. It's quite rigid, except table profiles, which could be stiffer. Quick mod with steel plate under aluminium profiles solved problem.

Second, there were some problems with delivery by DHL, they have lost one package of four. CNCEST crew have sent second base of router without any objections, package has arrived in three days.
Great job, crew.

Communication with CNCEST crew has some lags, but it's normal - 7 hours of time difference.

I was sent a facial steamer which blew two adapters on me so it never worked at all. They did eventually send me a replacement and it did the same thing again. Very disappointing as it wasn’t cheap.

I bought a 3hp - 2 2.kwh pump which wasn't delivered although the sticker said all the correct data. The pump is a normal 1ho pump 750 watts...... Whyyyyyy

Would not recommend anyone. Delays in replies to emails sometimes weeks and months. So the claim is already out of warranty period. Then lame excuses, blackmailing to leave positive feedback if want the issue addressed and then offering silly solutions to fix a problem when you have spent 100´s on a water pump
that did not work after 1 week. If you buy something new, you do not expect to get parts to repair it, you would like the product to be replaced or fixed at their place. But because it is a dropshipping business model, they will never want the product back.

This bike is perfect for taking it on the train folded up. After, being a folding mountain bike that is not in european market.
The bike arrived in pieces perfectly and DIY easy. After we had a problem with the axis of the wheel and CNCEST answered quickly to have solution.

Really be careful of those people.
I'm really angry about this transaction.
My product arrived broken and, due to their policy, they didn't want the product back, also if I sent picture of the broken part.
A lot of ridicolous mails claiming a positive feedback, trying to not publish this negative experience.
Highly unreliable.
Whatever they'll say I'll NEVER buy anything from them.

I bought a tricycle worth 240 euros. It arrived, I assembled it. It turned out that the brakes and the gearbox could not be adjusted, which was confirmed by two specialists. I reported it to the company, who kept sending me only one video so that I could set it up based on that. That was not possible. It is dangerous to drive with it. A compensation of 5 euros was recommended for this. Ridiculous. They have not responded to emails since then.

My delivery was damaged in transit, when I contacted Cncest they were extremely helpful and immediately dispatched another unit which arrived within a few days. I was very impressed with their response to my issue.

I recently purchased a retractable rear bumper Step from CNCEST.COM first-time buyer, for my Ford F-150 PICK-UP, The part arrived in good condition and was of high quality "impressive" I was upgrading my vehicle, and shortly after receiving the retractable step, I decided to go with something else. I contacted the CNCEST Support team, and I told the Support team that I had to make some other changes and needed to return the part unused and undamaged for a full refund, The CNCEST support team was quick to respond and, I will shop here again in the future.

the machine is faulty. I recieved instructions from this so called "company" with instruction how to open and repair it !!!!!.
then another fault occurred the switch doesn't work.
was offered replacement of switch for me to repair!!!!!
when I express my unhappiness and said I will write a proper review they told me that they will also offer me €25 and new switch ( still for me to change it !!!! ) if I will leave a positive review.
I do have evidence of over 60 mail exchanges between myself and person called Echo to prove it.
now they do not replay anymore leaving me with faulty item so I will need to buy another 😡😡😡😡
this "company" is a joke.
do not buy from them !!!
thiers 60 days refund promise will never happen and most likely you will recieve cheap faulty product.

I highly recommend this company. Their exceptional responsiveness is evident in their prompt communication. Great customer services and they also demonstrate the utmost professionalism and courtesy. 

I have already post another review for this company, a good one, after they compensated me 10€ for a missing part of the product I ordered. I indicated that the customer service was great because of that fact.
However, after that, I sent them like 10mails with no solution, regarding the dimensions of the shower set I bought. They tell me my afters is sales service is off because I already used it.
Don't trust them.

Just don't! Puchase a foldable Tricycle for Adults with Backrest 24Inch 7 Speed - Adult Trike Bike with Basket 120KG Load Height Adjustable Cruiser. This bike is just a piece of crap! I couldn't steer it, took it to my local bike shop, and they laughed at me. So, I called customer service, but they wouldn't let me bring it back even though it wasn't suitable for the job.!!!!

The company was the best and have great customer service and was on top to help the clients and will always referral people to this company.

Item was faulty. Tried to email no response. Call only number available is Hong Kong
