A nightmare of inefficiency
I do not know why French people keep buying life insurance from the CNP, except they don't know how bad that company is until 40 years later after they die and their heirs are the ones left struggling to get their due. Genius! CNP is a behemoth of contempt for its clients. You can never reach anyone par email , or by phone, and the web site they produce to gather the documents you need to prove you are the beneficiaries of a deceased parent is a maze which does not function. And when it recognizes neither your ID nor your password nor your dossier number, there is no one to help you. No email, not phone. Run from that company: they take your dead parent's money, and intend to never give it back.
