AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I wish there was an option to give minus starts. Even a 1 star review is too good.

I have the unfortunate experience of using C & N Surface Repairs, I wish that I had chosen an alternative company. I would never recommend, nor use them again in the future.

The repairs are far from "undetectable" this is a word that they state on their web-site and the main reason we used them, rather than opting to replace the damaged items. Although the damage repair was Ok, the colour matching on the hearth tile is poor and stands out like a sore thumb (the technician even asked me what colour he should add to try and get a better match!), similar to the repair to side of kitchen door,, I think a 5 year old could have done a better paint finish. The repair to the uPVC patio door initially looked OK, but within less than 2 days and opening and closing only twice the repair has failed and cracked.

I had arranged for Ashley and a technician to re-visit to improve on the colour matching, but then started to received extremely aggressive and threatening and demanding e-mails from Julia their Director. The technician had "accidentally" left with a spare key, they stated and threatened in an e-mail that if I was not happy they could come and remove the repairs, and reminding me they had a key so they could gain access! I had to immediately get a locksmith to come and change the lock.

I was threatened with court action, contact from their legal team, lawyers etc.

Use this company at your peril, they will take your money and run, then threaten you. A extremely unprofessional company.

I would also question the memberships to the professional bodies listed on their web-site.
