My experience with Co-Air was a great success from start to finish.
Everything started through the contact page on their website. They reached out quickly to schedule a visit for measuring and discussing preferences, the team was professional, punctual, and offered really helpful suggestions.
The quotation arrived a couple of days later with clear attention to detail, covering both the service and the product being offered.
After accepting the quotation, we scheduled the installation date which was a very close date (didn't have to wait long).
The installers arrived right on time and got straight to work. Whoever prepared the order also deserves credit, nothing was missing. The installation team was incredibly friendly and professional, explaining every step along the way and clearly caring about every detail. We even chatted a bit during the process, they were polite, easy to talk to, and genuinely nice people. On top of that, they kept the workspace spotless throughout.
Financial team also were very cordial and professionals with the invoicing and questions.
I would absolutely recommend Co-Air to anyone. For me, their strongest point is their attention to detail, something I really appreciate.
