Each time flawless
Used them for my kitchen appliances and also my grandmother. Each time the service is flawless. I used the web one time and the call centre for my grandmother. All perfect and all delivered exactly as specified and in the time slot booked. Perfect. Pricing is good although some models may be specific to Coop and I try to avoid those. The more widely available they are the more parts availabilty in future in my opinion.

Best price I could find online for Miele washer dryer. Prompt delivery, although the delivery guys claimed they didn't know I had requested installation, they installed it without problems. Would use again.

Unbeatable price and Delivery
Co-op had the best price for the the Bosch washer I wanted and with a free 2 hour time slot delivery.
No extra charge for delivery to Scottish Highlands which some companies sneakily add on at the end of the order.
Very punctual, careful and helpful delivery guys.
Have used them before and they will be my first choice in future.

Excellent price and delivery
Needed a new tumble dryer as the old one died suddenly (can't complain had 25 years use out of it). Had a look around the net and quickly decided on a good value make and model and searched the usual shopping sites (google, Bing, Kelkoo etc.)
Co-op were marginally cheapest for the model we wanted but also offered free, (and in our instance) next day delivery and also a small cashback via Quidco.
Delivery system included notification of a 2 hour delivery window by e-mail / sms so I didn't have to hang around the house all day. Delivery guys carried dryer through to garage and unpacked everything for me and took away the packing.
All in all, very easy ordering with prompt, painless and efficient delivery so I have no hesitation in recommending them as a quality online supplier.
