Update number two which I'm now deeming as harassment:

They demand for a second time MY FULL NAME, MY PHONE NUMBER AND MY REFERENCE NUMBER. NONE OF WHICH THEY ARE ENTITLED TO AND WHO SAYS THERE IS A REFERENCE NUMBER! THIS IS A WEBSITE TO LEAVE REVIEWS AND YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH BUSINESSES AND ORGANISATIONS!!!!

Trustpilot are as corrupt, unethical and not fit for purpose as the Co-op bank, and my genuine review will be taken down! That's how cartels keep their fake positive reviews. Do not trust Trustpilot people! Co-op bank's genuine rating would be 1 star, but they slimily flag reviews as fake to hide them. Will be finding new ways to get my message to as many people as I can about both of these corrupt, unethical, pathetic cartels.

Update: Now they demand my personal contact information LOL. Good greif. My genuine experence is valid, I will never use you again and now will NEVER touch Coventry Building Society with a barge pole. You are corrupt, insanely unethical and I hope karma does a top notch job of handling you. Given that your former chairman Paul Flowers was jailed for swindling an elderly and vulnerable friend out of £100,000, and all the other scandals your embarassingly face, its no wonder you treat long term customers like crap. Shame on you.

Their ethical claims are frankly one of the biggest oxymorons they could dream up. I would ABSOLUTELY advise you to go elswhere and avoid this bank at all costs.

Been with the co op for many years and have always been able to access them on line. I can keep a check any time my spending on my credit card. I certainly would recommend them

I have been with Co Op Bank for 50 years! They have been terrific always innovative to keep up with others efficient helpful when needed and J wouldn’t switch for any incentives elsewhere

Switching banks at the Leek branch today and Nikki was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

I have been a customer of The Coop Bank for over 50 years, and I have never had any problems with them. The online banking service Is excellent and easy to use.

We had an issue with payments that could have been a real problem for our staff, Sherin took my call and was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. Thank you Sherin!

It is so easy going into the Brighton Co-op Bank, and having all of my queries resolved by competent, knowledgeable staff. I am grateful to have a branch nearby which is still open & serving customers.

New account and online banking set up by phone all done within 30 minutes polite and knowledgeable staff 10/10

The cooperative bank is a good bank always good service always checking where you are spending your money hopefully to prevent fraud which is a very good idea

I have used this bank for a good few years now and have aways found the staff to be very helpful and any problems I may have had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A good bank to be a member of.

I have been with this bank 25 years. They bailed me out when I needed some money when other banks did not. Today they bail me out when I buy dodgy stuff on Facebook. This is the bank that had the crystal meths chairman and they have strong ethical policies I do not like but this bank helped me so much over the years I will not go anywhere else with my money. In addition, I can get a human to speak to in a minute or so. Their elevator music is horrible though.

Very happy with the prompt service I received. The colleague was both helpful and understanding and was able to respond quickly to resolve the issue immediately.

i believe i had received a scam fishing text stating my bank account had been compromised as it stated a payment of 200 to an electrical retailer contacted bank and they quickly told me to ignore the text as they would never contact me in that way they reassured me no money was taken and gave advice re how to spot a scam and sent a detailed email with advice

Been using Co-oP for many years now, online is extremely easy, quick and safe to use. One of the best banks out there.

It was a very easy switch process compared to some banks . Impressed by the saving rates and have opened one .
I like the fact that it is ethical and a cooperative.
