Billionaire Company: Greedy, data-mining and condescending

Greedy data-mining big business. Carelessly and dominantly representing the 1% on full display.

Demanded full bank access where you have to link to your bank on the application for "fund verification" before you even get approved or to see the lease!! FORCES a monthly fee for "identity & credit monitoring" with zero opt-out.

Lease is packed with owner-favoring clauses that sidestep Colorado tenant protections, including making tenants liable for the entire lease term without honoring the landlord’s legal duty to mitigate damages, as required by Colorado Revised Statutes § 38-12-902.

No 24-hour notice to access the home. Lease states they WILL share your personal data with multiple third parties—including the government.

They rely on the “Brokerage Disclosure to Tenant” form, which legally states they represent the landlord, not you. This loophole is being abused by these massive rental corporations dominating the housing market!
Homes get to be leased strictly as-is, and the broker quickly shuts down questions or concerns you may have with a condescending “we’re happy to move on to the next applicant.”

Most one-year leases in this market will cost you $50,000 to $100,000. Personally, I'm not going to hand that kind of money to a company that silents me and treats me like I'm disposable!

No privacy. No fairness. No accountability.

Read the fine print—or just RUN.
