I went to Wales for 5 days with majestic and stayed at chatsworth house hotel.i was abit worried about the hotel after looking at the reviews. But when we got there.we were very surprised with the hotel.we were on the top floor of the hotel.we had a great sea view.and the room looked like that they have been done out nicely. The food was OKif you liked roast every night.that was to much for us so we went out for a meal the last ight.entertanment was not to bad.staff were great.any problem they would sort it out straight away.lovely hotel.we would go again with this company. Our bus driver mark was great.

Very welcoming good rooms option to upgrade as we did, entertainment good , but must mention our coach driver Gareth with majestic holidays , steady and safe there and back .

Great gardening trip to the North West. Our coach driver Tommy was excellent in his driving skills and interaction with the group. Always available to answer any questions and very accommodating. Good standard of hotel arranged by Baker Dolphin.

Great trip smooth and driver was friendly

We booked on a day trip. They took us round most of the North East before getting to our destination, meaning it was 11 hours travelling in one day - it would have been less than half that if we had a more direct route, even with a couple of pick ups on the way. We suspect two trips were merged to save money so we had loads of pick ups, winding around and around the North East.
On the coach itself, the air con was broken and there was no running water, meaning the toilet didn't flush and we couldn't wash our hands. For 11 hours. The driver apologised and told us that the company were fully aware of the air con and running water problem, but wouldn't fix the coach as they were waiting on a new one to be delivered in the spring. We complained, and the company denied that they knew about the issues with the coach. In response to the excessive travel time due to the sheer amount of pick ups, they also said that they couldn't be held responsible for traffic issues. Funnily enough at 6am on a Sunday (our pick up time) there was no traffic on the roads! - it was simply the ridiculous number of towns we had to visit to pick people up on the way to our destination. Way more pick ups than other coach trips we've been on the past with other companies, it was totally excessive and we arrived at our destination exhausted.
Really poor company and would not recommend.

Fabulous service and fabulous staff xx looked after everyone ever bit of our trip .

I've recently became a bus driver so when I booked this trip I thought it would be a bit weird.but I can say it was a very smooth and comfortable trip thank you .

Enjoyed both Liverpool and Edinburgh Christmas markets, drivers were very friendly. Looking forward to more trips in the new year. Thankyou.

We had a good day in Edinburgh we went for the Christmas markets unfortunately due to the amount of people there we did not get in but all in all we had a good day the driver Dave was very helpful will definitely use coach2 holidays again

Absolutely terrible no covid guidelines followed and nearly 4 and half hours from York to Newcastle is a joke .

Good experience, thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Edinburgh Christmas market. Drivers were very friendly, and good journey without any hitches.

Trip was good but the pick up time of four hours was far too long.The same for the trip back.

Mystery tour was cancelled 8 November for party of 6. Was informed refund would be in 14 days.when that time came and went i sent a message to enquire when refund was going to be processed. I was advised it had not been processed, that it was now done and would take another 10 days due to my contacting to enquire. I requested this to be escalated to a manager as should not have been penalised.suddenly my correspondance was then ignored and no further messages or contact has been received..i will be phoning and want to speak to a manager-attrocious customer service

Very poor service , didn’t get to go on trip and waited 5-6 Weeks to get our refund back

Fab trip to Grasmere and Keswick. It was just the right amount of time in both. Grasmere is beautiful but small so just the right amount of time spent there. Plenty of time in Keswick to look around the shops and walk along the lakeside and park. Would definitely go again.

Our driver, Dave was excellent. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

There were too many pickups. There as an extra hour put on the journey by picking up from Barnard castle plus too long on bus. Too early start because of this.
