Coach America is great!! I used their company to charter a bus for a student choir tour and had such a positive experience. Chris, Senior Sales Representative, was so great to work with to book, plan and confirm the details of our tour ahead of the charter. On-site, the bus driver, Mr. Terry, was also so great to work with and our group had wonderful things to say. If you are looking to charter a bus for a school group visiting another city, definitely book with Coach America! We are looking forward to working with them a couple more times this year too!

My organization has worked with Chris M. at Coach USA multiple times for trips from NJ to DC. They have been incredible to work with. Always on time, flexible and with the cleanest busses. We look forward to working with them again.

We did not have a good experience with Coach America. Our bus was entirely too hot. We needed to ask the bus driver multiple times to please turn the air down, and eventually to just turn the AC on. The televisions didn’t work, so our bus full of children couldn’t watch the movies we planned to watch. The toilet in the bathroom was super shallow, which really freaked out our toddler. The bus was late to pick us up at the end of the day, so we got home later than we had planned for.

Dylan from Coach America did reach out to me about this review almost immediately. He shared that this was likely a subcontracted bus and driver and not one from their actual fleet. He seems extremely passionate about this company and the quality they are known to provide, which is not indicative of this review. He also offered to make a donation to our organization, which certainly goes above and beyond thoughtful and was certainly not my intention with my review. If we were to need their services in the future, I would feel comfortable giving them another try provided they can ensure that we will be provided with their bus and staff.

Coach America took care of our large school group and transported them to and from the airport during a very busy holiday. They were on time and made it easy to contact the driver. We were given driver contact information the night before. Coaches were clean and comfortable and Leon made the process easy. I would definitely recommend them to other agents.

Everything went smoothly.

Anthony was very responsive from the very first email. For a minute, I worried when the driver hadn't contact me before the trip, but Anthony took care of it right away. I talked with our driver Fred before we arrived at the airport, and he was right on time. We had a school group of 27 traveling from Hartford Airport to Yale, and we will definitely use them again.

John and Chris did great work in setting us up with the bus and staying on top of things during a very hectic time for them. They replied to all emails very promptly and put me at ease. Everything went very smoothly for us. Great team! Highly recommended.

Dominick Ricigliano did a great job of organizing our event and accommodating all of our transportation needs. Taylor was a great driver will request another ride soon

the driver ( Jennifer,) was on time. She was very friendly and patient with us. it was a smooth ride from Fairfield Ohio to Lansing Michigan. Thanks to the contact person Leon for making the arrangement for the trip.

Our company took a charter to Port Canaveral for a cruise. This was our first time using a charter and the trip was excellent! I can't say enough great things about our driver, Jeremy. He was extremely safe, very polite and was attentive to all our needs including a couple stops we requested and allowing us ample time at these stops. The bus was also top notch; very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be using you next year and would like to put in a request for this same bus if available and the same driver (Jeremy). I hope you will pass this along to his supervisor as he should be commended for a job well done!

Extremely friendly team, and great customer service which made the booking experience very easy. The buses were extremely clean and kept in excellent shape. I highly recommend Coach America to anyone needing transportation service.

Coach America was incredibly responsive and flexible in responding to our needs in providing transportation for a fast-moving human services project. Our assigned representative did whatever was required to make sure our people could get where they needed to go, almost everything last-minute and very urgent. They have been a great partner to us and we couldn't do it without them.

Leon took care of all our needs. He was so easy to work with, took the stress out of everything & everyone kept saying how beautiful the busses were!

What an amazing experience booking with Coach America right from the start. Everyone from my sales agent Derek was so attentive and John Meyers who answered all my calls and emails right away, amazing team! I was anxious because it was for a very important event and they made it all so seamless, never booking anywhere else!

We had a great experience with Coach America! We used a 56-passenger bus to transport our student ministry to summer camp. The buses were comfortable and we made it to our destinations on time and without stress! We highly recommend this bus company.

From start to finish this company earns 5 stars. The quote process was extremely easy and professionally done. I dealt with one person through the whole process, making it easier to change plans 10 times like we did. This was a Little League Bus Trip for 110 people to Fenway Park. EVERYTHING was top notch. The drivers were extremely friendly, and the bus was clean. They were very prompt as far as timing, and they made it a memorable experience for us. We will DEFINITELY be using them next year!!

Coach America saved our trip. I sponsored a Little League team for a trip to Angel Stadium using a different charter company to leave at noon on April 22, 2023. On April 21, 2023, at 7:25 pm the company cancelled the reservation saying we don't have a drive and will not provided a bus. I contacted Chris M. at Coach America. Chris went above and beyond to help me get a 56 passenger bus for a trip that departed in 15 hours. Chris was able to provide the drivers information within an hour. Chris was able to get this trip set with less than 15 hours notice for a need. The driver Tanny was very professional and an excellent driver. Tanny was on time and the trip was flawless after going with Coach America. Chris and Tanny were able to make memories for the little league team to see a professional game. I highly recommend Coach America and especially Chris and Tanny for any transportation needs. I can't thank Coach America, Chris and Tanny enough for all they did to make this trip a success.

Amazing experience! We went as a school club to the Cherry Blossom Festival in D.C. and secured the bus a few weeks before the event. Dominick Ricigliano was our sales contact and was very kind and helpful regarding the questions we had! Also he was great with returning emails and communicating. Coach America was also pretty flexible if I had to change something in the itinerary and when the payment was due (since we had to take time to collect it from our members). Our bus driver Jamal was very funny and a great driver! Because of Jamal we were able to have a great time and a safe ride there and back!!

Coach America is an amazing bus company. They picked up our law firm from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to Barclays Center and back. They came on time, they were professional and the firm could not be any happier!

Working with Leon from the beginning was great. He was great communicating and was quick to return my calls. We had to reschedule and he was very accommodating and understanding. The driver was a very nice man and kept us on the schedule that we requested. I would recommend using this company.

Highly recommend coach America! We are a school and selectively use them for all of our trips and program needs for bussing. Dylan is a phenomenal point person. I love working with him and he always works with us even on short timelines.
