Terrible customer service / used bags

Got partial
Refund back (system error) then I had to wait 10 Days for the rest of my refund. I also got two used bags . This company needs to stop making so many bags every week and start focusing more on quality over quantity and focus
On their customer service and quality control but they are greedy.

Megabus Horror Story

Coach Canada runs Megabus. Tried to resolve this first through Megabus's customer service, but they refused to do anything. My daughter took the bus from Kingston to Yorkdale in Toronto. First problem, the bus was 30 minutes late showing up in Kingston. With the Megabus app, you can see where the bus is, in this case it sat in an empty parking lot for half an hour, presumably doing nothing. It arrived at Yorkdale and the driver decided to pull into the parking lot instead of going to the bus terminal. Now they were stuck, because they couldn't back up because of the incoming traffic and they couldn't pull forward because security had bollards up and a gate down so they were at a dead end. The driver refused to let anyone off. At one point, he asked 2 teenage boys to get off and direct traffic so he could back up. But if you've ever been to Yorkdale around Christmas time, you'll know that's impossible. I called mall security who met the driver and agreed to lower the bollards and raise the gate. The driver tied to pull out but managed to hit the gate, scraping up the side of the bus. He then had to stop and provide his insurance information to mall security. Finally, after 45 minutes, he was able to pull out and go all around the mall to the bus terminal. I told this to Megabus's customer service including the endangered lives, the long delays (some other passengers missed their flights out of Pearson), and the ineptitude of the driver. I asked for a refund, but they refused.

I went to coach in Vaughn Mills to…

I went to coach in Vaughn Mills to purchase a large hand bag. They had the small Andria bag,style CP086. They called the Toronto Outlet mall and was told they had 2 left. I called after I left the store and ask them to hold it for me. I drove there and when I got there was told it had a scratch. The manager was not very good with customer service. I asked her if I could get the bag and if she could give me a discount. She said the bag is no good and she cannot do anything. I always like to give good reviews but she did not give any other options. My daughter and myself are coming from Pickering. I would be happy if someone could reach out to me.

Do NOT trust Coach/Megabus!

I recently had an appalling experience with Megabus, and I feel obligated to warn others. On December 27th, my daughter and two other passengers were stranded at Pearson Airport Terminal 3 (C8) because the bus failed to stop at the designated location. Despite arriving over an hour early and waiting in the correct spot, the bus left from an entirely different area (C2), leaving them no chance to board.

When one passenger called customer service, they were told they had missed the bus—even though the fault clearly lay with the driver or Megabus’s operations. My daughter had to take an $82 cab to Union Station and purchase a $200 train ticket just to get back to Kingston in time for work.

The total financial loss was $363. Megabus's resolution? A redemption code for a future trip, instead of a refund. This is a slap in the face, especially when the mistake was entirely their fault. Their refusal to issue a refund, despite admitting their error, shows a complete lack of accountability and care for their customers.

If you value reliable transportation and good customer service, look elsewhere. Megabus failed to deliver on its promises and left my family stressed, frustrated, and out hundreds of dollars. I will never use their service again and strongly discourage others from doing so.

Zéro star , worst experience

If there is an option to put Zero stars I should choose it. Worst customer service ever. Not recommended at all. I place an order & our old adress 700 km away is on PayPal by default, system was glitching in Black Friday & we pay the order. I called them right away after to correct the adress or cancel the purchase to buy it again. Called 5 people Friday to Monday nobody can help. UPS confirm that they can easily help because they still have my order in their possession & they said call UPS. By the end an employee called Sarah, said to me simply buy the bag again to your correct address, can you imagine. Don’t lose your money & time & energy with them. I tried Fossil & sure will be my preferred store forever. I regretted dealing with Coach

we had a wedding in seattle on aug 8/2024 we hired a bus from this company,canview coachline inc surrey bc s dot 2866670 mc 960450 as soon as we sat in the bus no aircondditioning we ask the driver he said it is working, so we also ask for the washroom being locked he said its not working as well. we go to american border we had to used the washroom there. we also had kids in the bus as well the driver took the bus for inspection he was backing up his bus and hit the curb very loudly we were all shaken up,finely we left the border he had only stopped once for the washrooms, it was three hours drive took us 5&half hours because he took the wrong exit,we told him about wrong exit he did not speak english much at all at this time temperature reach in the bus 30.9 the bus was very old no window shades as well. no reclining seats working as well, once we got to seattle he dropped us wrong hotel and kept arguing for good half an hour,he refused to take us to our hotel,we had to walk one mile to our hotel with a luggages and kids in such a very hot weather 31.9 he kept telling the company give me only this address even we had called the company she admits she had given wrong address but we had explained everything no washroom no airconditioning working,sad part was we had to come back next day with the same company bus,we ask for another bus and driver as well,the only thing they said we will fix the airconditioning next day it was same no airconditioning at all, we had one of the worst experienced with this company , we also took some pictures of the bus, back tires no thread at all wheels were rusted also if you see the washroom inside it was some plastic box was siting nothing else ,the only way we knew becasue canadian border had to inspect the bus they left the key in the lock to open the washroom.

I want to share my experience of shopping at Coach store

I want to share my experience of shopping in the Coach outlet store in Toronto Premium Outlets, Halton hills, Canada. I was in rush but wanted to take a quick look at some handbags they displayed as they looked colorful from outside. I went inside, it looked a little crowded thinking billing would take a long time, I left the store. After about 20 minutes I realized I left my Dolce and Gabanna sun glasses, a very expensive pair. I ran back to the store, it was closing time, so they said I was not allowed but one of the associates was kind to let me in when I told her that I was there for the glasses I left accidentally. When I described how they looked another associate immediately showed the glasses that were kept separately on the counter of lost and found. They looked exactly like my pair from a 3 feet distance. As I was approaching to collect them one store associate walked out from inside and stopped me saying I was not allowed to take. She said ‘ leave us your name and number, we will reach out in case we find anything’. I was very confused as the pair of glasses were right next to her. I pointed to the glasses but she denied to hand over them. When I tried to talk further she asked another associate to send me out and lock the door showing faces to me. I felt embarrassing and helpless knowing my glasses were right there but was denied access to them. When I contacted the store manager the next day, I was awestruck by his response. He said the staff do not recall any such incident. I was quite surprised because there was just a day gap in between. I felt cheated, it was a miserable situation. I am not going to shop at Coach ever again.

Be careful if you are going to the airport

On the bus from Port Hope to Pearson Airport as I am writing this review.
The bus was scheduled for pick up at 2:30 pm and arrival at 4:00 pm.
It is now 5:26 pm, we were picked up at 3:18 pm and we are still 20 minutes away from the airport.
There are a lot of stressed passengers.
Some will not make their international flight.
I think I will be ok.
Not a good service when you are trying to catch a flight. 😡
Bus driver is very nice and trying his best.
Not sure what happened when it left Kingston but it started out late.

Disgraceful

The driver was just standing outside smoking with his friends. Turned off the engine in the summer and literally tortured us for 40min inside.

My friends and I had a great bus ride…

My friends and I had a great bus ride from Downtown Toronto to the Stratford Festival today. Our bus driver, Trevor Noel was pleasant, polite and an amazing driver. He treated all the passengers with great respect and was a cautious driver. He let us know the expected arrival time and informed us of an upcoming accident and found an alternative route to keep us on schedule. I will certainly take this bus again next time I want to go to the theatre. Thank you Trevor for taking such great care of us all.

No service yet No return of deposit

Due to the pandemic, my trip was cancelled and Coach Canada has refused to return my deposit of over 5 thousand dollars. Even after reporting it to BBB, they are still refusing. I would never use this company again no matter how inexpensive they appear. Bad customer service.

Sent me the wrong size gloves, but made good and gave me an in-store discount along with a credit for my inconvenience.

CS followed through on all their commitments made over the phone and I couldn’t be happier with the product.

Trying for 10 days to get my son's…

Your driver was the last one on the bus!!! So that really limits WHO could have or would have taken the phone & NOT turned it in to your lost & found.

Trying for 10 days to get my son's phone back left on the bus.
Left countless vm & emails with no response.
Who steals a 16 kids phone.......
We called right after the bus dropped us off at the airport & reported it

Smooth Service!

Unfortunately we had to cancel on the day we needed the charter as the trip was weather dependent. While we knew we would not be refunded, our account rep followed up with a call to find out the details as to why we had to cancel. From booking to cancelling we were well looked after, have nothing but positive reviews for the staff at Coach Canada.
