Excellent service
From receiving a price, to booking, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Driver "Mo" was very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet him.
We shall use again if the need arises and would recommend Coachhop most definitely "5 Star"

Absolute farce!
Ordered and confirmed a executive minibus for a wedding. I was provided with contact information for our driver ahead of pick up.
However what rocked up to collect our group was a dirty ford minibus with various equipment in the front seating area. The driver whilst very polite, was not the one we were supposed to have. He had an hours notice of the job and was dressed in an old coat, didn't know where the venue was, I had to read instructions how to get there. Very embarrassing.
