I was getting a bit nervous after my order was being put back week after week, I used the customer contact form with no reply, so emailed customer service, the second Chanel responded quickly saying it would be another week but at the same time the other contact replied with a date of a possible week later (I had already waited 30 days by this point)
That unsettled me a bit so I did some research and found they are linked to UKbathrooms/premiumplumbing/UKliving. As soon as I read the reviews which filled me with dread, I cancelled the order and did a reverse charge with the bank.
The day the bank put the money in my account I got a late night email from a random delivery company saying they had my order ready which I told them not to deliver as I had cancelled the order.
Then I was asked to cancel the reverse charge as they could refund the money quicker!
It all seemed very very wrong and if it was legitimate the trust was too far gone.

scam, immediately start a reverse payment through your bank.
Scam website, no information of delivery estimate - tracking number does not exist in APC. Avoid and request immediate reverse payment / chargeback through your bank for any payment made to these scammers.

Company is threating to press criminal charges even though my bank has authorised the chargeback and also requesting I take down my review.
They advertise Arezzo wall tap at a hefty discount from £180 to £110 however deliver a K VIT which costs £110, they do not advertise K VIT on their website... smells like ad fraud to me.

Our records show that you placed the order on the 2nd of June, your order was despatched on the 4th of June and you received the delivery on the 5th. I can see you initiated a chargeback on the day the item was despatched. I am very sorry for the confusion when your order is despatched a tracking reference is created by our system and emailed to you. The tracking won't say anything until the goods are collected from our warehouse that day. Our courier shows that the goods were received, was everything received ok?

Edit... Looks like after a number of 1star scam reviews some 5 star reviews have strangley appeared! I wonder who wrote them!
Thank you for getting back to me coa living. My bank has sorted the money now. The only correspondence I had from you was a phone call asking me to 'phone my bank and tell them to cancel the reverse transaction'. My bank said this was a very strange request and to avoid the company. I don't think there was ever any chance a product would have arrived.

Very strange set up but it seems they have resolved the issues my item did eventually arrive but had no idea of when it was going to but it did. And in all fairness it was good quality.
