Still an ongoing battle, where do i begin? taking advantage of a sick woman? Have "tradies" bringing family to sleep on our couch?? Lack of waterproofing, lack of paint, Never removed old drains & simply covered over them, sink head lost colour & started rusting after 2 weeks, will not call back or address any problem within the contract, Andrew does NOT have a copy of said contract "apparently".. never sent anyone out to replace broken or peeling paint.. never did finally coat of paints, tiles uneven, & silicone missed.. after multiple years of "us" trying to rectify the problems & no contact back.. if I could give a reasonable score out of 5 it would be a negative -2/5. Find somebody that actually knows what they're doing. Pathetic.

I had two bathrooms and one cloakroom supplied by Coastal in 2016 - they have always been very helpful.

What can I say. Great choice of fantastic bathrooms at competitive pricing. Had a survey and placed an order. Lionel was brilliant. Can't wait for the installation

After paying the deposit for a full suite of bathroom furniture communication was appalling. Email response was slow at best and often a,"We will get back to you" but this didn't happen. In follow up phonecalls the lead person wasn't available and I was told they would call back. Again this rarely happened. The original estimated dates given for delivery weren't met. It became apparent some items hadn't been ordered from the suppliers.
On the delivery day I called at 9a.m. to confirm all was well and told the items would arrive that morning. Twenty minutes later Coastal called to say the vanity basin, toilet and some accessories were not available. Coastal told me they had staffing problems and didn't want to pass their problems on to me,! My buiders and fitters were totally let down!!!
Eventually I was told everything had arrived although the toilet flush arrived a few days later by post.
The bathroom supply, delays and communication by Coastal bathrooms were totally unacceptable. Avoid this company.

AVOID - We’re in the process of replacing our bathroom and an initial design was drawn up and then I was told that the only way the CAD drawings would be e mailed to us to help us consider/refine what was being quoted for was if we paid £100 which would be refunded if we then placed an order. The owner wasn’t at all interested it seemed in losing a £5000 sale. He then told me that despite me reassuring him that I would place an order but I needed my wife to see them, he didn’t trust me in what I had told him. He then asked me what I did for a job which quite frankly is irrelevant to replacing a bathroom. Very arrogant and a bizarre way to do business.
