Lee Crowley, the owner, is a PERFECTIONIST! He, absolutely, will not leave until your door is in, and operating, PERFECTLY. He insists that his technicians operate at that same level.

There was a problem with my installation. Lee discovered that my regular garage door didn't have struts installed and had broken under the stress of the garage door opener. It was in danger of falling. Lee stopped the installation of the screen door and showed me the problem. My steel garage door had cracked in the center.

I went to work getting a garage door company there to make the repairs. I was fortunate to get someone out that same day. The repairs were made and my door was now in good condition.

I called Lee and told him the repairs had been made. He scheduled me for the next afternoon.

Lee and his crew showed up the next afternoon to complete the installation. He showed up when he said he would and texted when he was on the way.

I am very happy with all aspects of dealing with Lee and his people. He shows up when he says, he has great communications, his workmanship is top-notch, and his product is first class.
