I ordered the red stripy oven gloves which were a very good price. However the oven mittens arrived. I called them and they listed the gloves off to me the next day. And even told me to keep/ gift the mittens. So very good customer service.

Good quality products, and good customer service. There was an error in the quantity sent originally (2 pillow cases instead of 2 *pairs* as ordered), but when queried on the phone, they sent the missing items next day.

They haven’t replied to an email…but when they did it was very helpfully
They have now replied, helpfully. I arranged for our Postie to collect the returned pacel at trivial cost and Coastal Lined Supplies promptly returned my payment.
So other that a few hours delay their service was impecable. Sadly the device didnt work with the compression wear I'm prescribed
They haven’t replied to an email requesting details of how to return the goods which may not be their fault but do not work with the prescribed compression stockings I must use. There’s a requirement under distance selling regulations to facilitate returns. If they don’t reply quickly this will turn very unpleasant for them which would be sad as their service to delivery has been good
