ABSOLUTE SCAM AVOID Took 1+ month to arrive, colour is different, website said 100% cotton, but hoodie is 65% polyester.

Ordered item on 2nd Dec 2025, still no delivery as of 4th Jan 2026. Email addresses supplied at bottom of order confirmation email and contact us sdction of email both bounced/undelivered.

Never received the items ordered on 19 September 2025. Customer service replied to my email once to say that they have supplier issues and a system failure. I followed up multiple times/ways, also asked for a refund but no reaction.

Bought shirts in august, still no delivery. Customer service only makes excuses (if they respond).

I orded 2 t-shirts at the beginning of September 2025, however I still haven't received my order. I have contacted the company several times, they responded with several excuses that the problem lies with their supplier. They are saying that they are busy with all the orders, however they are still promoting and selling stuff on their website and it seems they totally don't care about their customers, because they only react to positive reviews on trustpilot.

Order has never been sent to me. I ordered in the beginning of October, website says 8-10 days delivery. Send their instagram a DM, emailed every mailadres they listed and never got any response. Still they send me promoting emails, but never anything to help me with my order. Payed the full amount.

Never received my order. When i try to track it the website says that the order number doesn't exist, but my payment definitely exists in my bank account. No answer from the customer service.

Had to return a order because the size was wrong. I couldn´t get my money back, only a giftcard with the returned amount. They only forgot to say that the gift card was one month available. Even though the gift card you can buy in the shop has unlimited availability.
I find this out 6 months after i got the gift card and contact them. They can only give me a discount code and can´t give me a new gift card. Even tough i haven´t used any of the 150 euro from the gift card. It´s a big amount and they do nothing about it.

Their clothes do NOT meet the EU labelling standards; material and place of manufacture are not specified. Moreover, returns can not be placed on discounted items and delivery may be delayed.
From my own experience, the quality of the print on hoodies is poor, as well as the material (which is published as high-quality cotton but is definitely not. It is probably polyester).
Buy under no circumstances.

Still had to give an one star rating since i ordered AND payed for a pullover that never arrived. I did not get a response to the Email i sent.

I always had a good experience with CoastBcn, but with my last order, there was a problem. Prolonged email responses, and still no solution offered, even though the error is in caused by their system.

Love the designs, I ordered a shirt and 2 hoodies from here. The quality is really good and they sit comfortable and “hoodie”. Only thing is I think I got one of the hoodies in a different color then I ordered but I did not contact customer service because I liked this color equally as much. The shipping time was good too!

Nice clothes in themselves, but some T-shirts are very thick and with some pieces that belong together (shirt + shorts) the colors are slightly different.
The cut also varies from piece to piece so sometimes I would need M and sometimes L (which I don't know when I order).
However, fabric and print are good and last a long time.

They do not answer and I am not able to send back the sweater even if I do no want to keep it!

I have been ordering from this brand for years now and the quality of fabric and materials is TOP NOTCH! It’s honestly why we keep ordering when new styles are released! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this brand!

On the website, it is mentioned that all tax are included but when it arrived in the uk, the local post office required me to pay £20 VAT. I emailed the customer service and didn’t respond to me whatsoever. Highly not recommended. Scamming company.

beautiful designs, large selection of items, insane quality, nice customer support (there was something wrong with the garment and I got a new shirt without hesitation!) absoloutely great shop

The hoodies arrived quickly and are of great quality! Love them and will definitely be back. Everyone I’ve talked to has been really kind and patient.
