I would like to give them zero

I would like to give them zero. My daughter’s condo had a fire in the unit below and they owe her nearly five months rent and she is displaced and their customer service is dreadful , infact quite rude. . If she had been there at night she could have died and now have to deal with delays on reimbursement with NO explanation as to why. All they had to do was explain the reasons but none have been offered or are forthcoming. Do not use them , awful awful service!
