Able to get refund from PAYPAL

Same, I would rate them a 0 if I was able to. I WAS able to get my money back from Paypal though, read through to see how.

Purchased in December for a christmas gift, two pillows and a pillow case. The package kept saying it was in TX, even 3 months later and in March i contacted the CoBio Support email. They asked what the order number was and they said the package was lost in the mail and they could send another shipment. I said NO, please refund my money. They said they could do that, but it would take a little bit because they are so backed up and busy, but they would send me a confirmation of refund when it's possible.

Waited a week or so and emailed them again. Please refund my money. They kept saying yes they will and will send the refund confirmation when it happens, thank you for being patient.

Another week goes by and i'm getting very frustrated. I start emailing them at least two times a day every other day. They respond every time with thank you for being patient and we are escalating your case. A week later they asked what my order number was AGAIN. This went on for 3 more months.

Come middle of June, i realized although I didn't pay with Paypal, they received the money with Paypal. That's the saving grace. Check your statement. If either you paid with Paypal, or they received the money with Paypal, you can get your money back from Paypal. Check your statement, if it came through as a Paypal charge, either you payed with Paypal or they received it with Paypal.

If you used Paypal, call them and start a claim saying you didn't receive your package and you want a refund, they will look up the charge and date of charge and start a case. You have to be forceful. in the sense CoBio will try to send another replacement but you need to let Paypal know they are backing scammers and it's not ok.

If you didn't use Paypal but CoBio used Paypal, get the exact amount of the transaction and date of transaction and call Paypal. Let them know that you didn't use Paypal but the scammers did and you want your money back. They will look up the transaction and start a case. It might not be the same date as when it came through your bank so give it a few days around the purchase date. Keep telling Paypal that you want a refund and not a replacement and it's not ok that Paypal is allowing scammers to use paypal to scam people.

I basically told Paypal i was going to report both CoBio AND Paypal for scamming and allowing a scammer to use their system. I also told them there was 146 1 star reviews saying they got scammed, and that Paypal needs to realize they are supporting this.

Paypal said they would contact CoBio and let me know a decision by 6.19.25. They emailed me and let me know that CoBio sent a tracking number for the new package. What! I called Paypal immediately and told them i DO NOT want this product and I told them for 3 months that i wanted a refund. I also told them it's not ok for Paypal to allow scammers to use their pay system. They looked up the reviews and let me know they were refunding my money immediately and that the case was ruled in my favor. I received my money $158.75 on my card in 2 days.

I hate hearing about all the scammed people. So please check Paypal and call them to get a refund! Hope this helps at least one person getting their money back as well!

I wish the system would let me do ZERO…

I wish the system would let me do ZERO stars, because that is what they deserve. I ordered two pillows online, and it took 1.5 months for them to actually arrive. I didn't like the pillow, so then returned them about 2 months later. I have been trying to get my refund for over 3 months now. The pillows aren't great, even though they claim to be. The customer service is slow, and extremely poor. I would avoid purchasing anything from this company.
I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (go to bbb.org then choose "file-a-complaint")

CoBio is a scam

I ordered pillows on November for Christmas presents. No product was ever shipped. I have asked for a refund 8x starting on December 7, 2024. Responses but no refund. CoBio is a scam. Stay away.

Please don't buy from this company

Please don't buy from this company. It took over 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Once I got it, the pillows smelled awful. Like chemicals. I got the approval to return 2 of the 3 pillows. My return was received on 4/1/25 and still no refund. I have sent numerous emails and everytime I get told my refund request has been received and I'll get an email once my refund has been issued. Save your money and do not buy from this company

The pillow they sent was too high for…

The pillow they sent was too high for me. I returned it to the address they specified, but the Post Office shipped it back to me as they could not deliver it to the address. It has been more than five months since they promised to provide a usable return address or refund the money I paid. Their phone is never answered, and I think the emails are robot-generated. Just a terrible company. I wish I could give it a zero rather than a single star.

FRAUD!! Do not trust this company. I bought TWO sets of pillows and neither was delivered and neither was refunded after numerous attempts and false apologies. That is called stealing. You falsely took my money without providing a product or service.

Zero stars. Product finally came and it smelled so strong of chemicals I decided to return it (it also wasn't comfortable). I had to pay for my own return shipping and it was confirmed delivered (via usps tracking) back in early March. It's now May 28th and I never got my refund. I've followed up with them multiple times. If I could give less stars I would..

If I could give less stars I would... Started out bad with not receiving my order for about 8 weeks. The package came in a box that wasn't labeled with any branding at all. The pillows smelled like chemicals to bad they were kept outside for days and still couldn't get rid of the smell. I returned the pillows and still have not received my money back. No customer service, No help. Awful product. Dont waste your time. This has been ongoing since January.

I ordered and was charged on 12/19/2024 and to date have not received my product. I have given them 10 days to refund. I previously emailed them in January and they responded they were behind on production but would be able to fill the order shortly. NOT! Will debate via CC company if no results.

SCAM!

Initially, they sent a few generic emails saying they’re “working on it”, yet it’s been almost 6 months and the shipping number has expired, the company stopped answering and now I am disputing it with my bank. Worst pillow company ever

This company does not even deserve one star. I ordered the pillow December 18. Today is May 12. Still no refund. But I never even received the pillow in the first place. They gave me all different excuses. First, there was a holiday back log. Next my pillow was lost in shipping. I finally said, “don’t send me a pillow. Just refund my money”. Still waiting.
I angrily email them every 2 weeks. They vacillate between several excuses. We are so sorry. We are working on this. We understand your frustration. Next, it will be please send us your order information (which I have done many times). The last response was we have a very heavy backlog but don’t worry, you are in the refund queue. They just repeat all these excuses.
This is the most shameful horrible company with absolutely no morals or any sense of customer service. It’s a horrible scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. But that would require honor and morality. Of which they have none
