Good experience was experienced
I ordered some items 21.00 on a Friday night, before reading the reviews on here. So I emailed to see if I would recieve a reply. Monday lunch time I hot an email, the items were dispatched Tuesday and we recieved them today.

I ordered some items as a gift and paid extra for 2 day delivery. It’s been 5 days and nothing. I’ve emailed them and get no reply. I’ve used instant messenger on Facebook and still nothing. I’ve left voice mails at the company that owns them. I’m calling my bank and telling them about how they are frauds. Do not order anything from this company!

Poor communication by far the worst I've ever dealt with
Very unprofessional and don't know how to communicate with online customers. I've sent them numerous of emails to cancel order that I had placed twice and haven't had any response. THE WORST ECOMMERCE website I've ever visited. I won't never spend a dollar with them again. Be advised if you order something and want to make change to existing order good luck trying to get ahold of someone they will blow you off.
