Best recruiters I've ever worked with.

I've had a brilliant experience working with the Coburg Banks team. They're knowledgeable about the (social care) sector, they always keep me updated and the candidates they send across are always of a really high quality. I've dealt with a few agencies in the past and this is definitely the best service I've ever received.

Poor communication, they lied about the recruitment process, they where everything that an agency shouldn't be, i will try to avoid them in the future.

I dealt exclusively with Claire Humphries at the Sutton Coldfield office. Claire listens intently to the briefs I give her and feedback along the way, and only sends candidates that match our requirements.

During a recent recruitment drive, Claire provided 5 good candidates, of which 4 were offered positions.

I recently gained my dream job. I have been looking for a new role for 9 months. My previous experience with recruiters was poor to say the least. Other recruiters would call me or email me, then NEVER return any contact, or sent me to interviews with only half the info that I needed or asked for. Having had difficulties filling a post within our HR department we approached Coburg Banks (CB) for assistance in locating the right person. CB was quick to assess the situation and ensure they fully understood the needs of our organisation and commenced the search with alacrity.

Having spent 4 months trying to find a Senior Manager for our business, we went to Coburg Banks. Their Consultant was extremely thorough in finding out about our requirements and I was amazed with the speed in which they were able to draw up a shortlist of candidates. Realistically we could have taken on any candidate from the 3 that we saw from them, and we are very happy with the 1 we decided to go for. Whilst they aren't cheap, what they do provide is quality and value in what they do. I would definitely use them again to recruit and plan to do so in the future.
