Zero stars , I’m so extremely angry at this so called “ purchase of quality “ , knit top $76 , received 3 weeks later and I wouldn’t have spent $1 on it 🤬

Horrendous. Took the money and no package was ever delivered. They also refuse to credit.

Dont't buy from Cocoa Gianna. Sizing is ridiculous. I ordered 2XL and probably got something around an S. Quality poor and item doesn't look like the website picture. Should have checked Trustpilot before I purchased.
Returns have to be through DHL, no free return, need to ship to Holland at significant expense.

I ordered a beige woolen hoodie and received something that looks nothing like the photograph shown- cheap thin nylon hoodie and the size dimensions are not at all as described either.

Showing pictures of one thing and sending another. (I won't even mention the long waiting period for delivery)
Awaiting now response from the company as I have requested a full refund.

The sizing is ridiculous. Ordered an XL Jacket and it barely fits my arm. The product was marketed as water proof. It 100% is not. It's the cheapest and nastiest product. DO NOT BUY FROM COCO FASHION. SCAM CRAP

This company is really bad. The items don't look as it does in the pictures and their customer service is really bad. When they answer its after you have written multiple mails. Return a product is very very difficult.
Don't buy anything from them!

They sent me wrong dress, asking me to return it to china and not giving me shipping label. DIdnt give me refund, not responding to my emails. They stole from me!! They are thieves!

HORRIBLE customer service and cheap quality clothing. Asking $100+ for a dress that I could get for $20 at Temu or Shein (and probably even better quality).
They sent me the wrong size, nonetheless the dress quality is cheap (very cheap) and they want me to return the dress to China (so is this truly a Canadian company or just is it just a mask to lure customers?) and ONLY give me 20% refund. Can anyone explain how on earth does that work? Cause my head can’t just process this highway robbery. Very disappointing and will be escalating things to the business bureau if they don’t straighten things out.

Poor quality fabric and incorrect sizes. I spent $214. and they want me to ship to China and it's Coco Canada/Noah Toronto a Canadian company?
Offered 40% refund? My hard earned money and communication via email. I am asking Nelven to call but no response to that. Horrible experience...

If I could give it less than a star, I would. Sizing is waaaay off, quality is extraordinarily sub-par, and one of the items looked NOTHING like the images, nor did any of the fabric match the descriptions. To make matters worse they're trying to get me to accept a 20% refund to avoid ME having to pay shipping on my return. The items aren't worth 20% of what I paid let alone only 20% off!! Buyer BEWARE!

SCAM! Do not purchase from this website. They previously posted the same story about grandmother and granddaughter closing down the business under another name (NOAH Toronto). They will take your money and ship you something that is not what you ordered. Look at the website, it was created in 2025.You think you are ordering from a Canadian company and then it ships from China. I found out the hard way, and I'm hoping that this post will save someone from doing the same......

Bad Quality, wrong prints on fabric.
They promise easy return and money back. But they only give you a 50% voucher on your next buy,….. No thanks, never again.

Coco&Dee It is a scam they are using non real picture I ordered a shoes and Clutch it turned out horrible I contacted the customer service for return and spent more than a month back and forth at last they give me only $60 and I bought them for 130$

Coco&dee this is the most terrible company. I ordered a shoe and bag. At checkout out they gave me a free gift. I was like wooo, how nice ,NOT. 2 weeks later the free gift, BTW was a cheap earing came in the mail. My actual order did not show up. So I waited for a month. I then asked for my refund back they presented the tracker of the earings to my PayPal has delivery, and PayPal favored them. I was MAD.. I went back to PayPal had them rebook at the case and finally I was refunded. COCO &DEE IS A SCAM NEVER BUY ON THAT WEBSITE

Terrible. I tried to return an item of clothing, but they said they don’t have my purchase in the system. Then I gave them my order number and they sent an email saying they will have to “review my purchase” then they will decide if they will accept the return or not. Trash store. Don’t buy from them

Not only super cute but great material too!

Promised refund not received after many attempts. Really poor quality goods - not value for money. They stole $65.

This company seems to be aligned with another company called Joytidy another scam company. Buyer beware do not buy anything from this or the other company. Complete scams. Joytidy mobile no. Invalid.
Address is a private house email invalid both are scams!!!!

Sizing way out and when asked for a refund they wanted photos of the product and no return address. It’s a scam company
