Poor customer service
While I agree the products are decent and you get good coverage with the shape 2, I had only used mine twice when there appeared to be tears in it. Thinking this was strange I messaged the help page, who took 9 days to respond to my message, told me that it was user error and that it’s simply my fault. I was asked how I clean them and I told them I use isoclean which has been featured on the page too but the fact I’ve got what is essentially a broken product is my own fault. Really disappointed in their “customer service” and it has put me off purchasing again.

Waited nearly a month for my delivery…
Waited nearly a month for my delivery but the sponge is good so I only take 1 star off.
Overall not sure if I will shop here again or maybe if another company starts selling them too but with faster delivery

A Luxury Designed brand with half the price!
You can tell that so much time and effort has gone into packaging design, branding and the product.
When I placed my first order I was expecting a kind of ‘Real Techniques’ style brand that had great products and simplistic packing, nothing wrong with it but nothing to shout about BUT what I received was so much more!
Considering I only ordered a very small order first time round and it was packaged with such love, in a gorgeous ‘that girl’ aesthetic box, an outer branded box, pink tissue paper and packing peanuts. It was honestly like opening up a package for Dior!
Then onto the product! I ordered a shape 2 marshmallow and loved it’s flawless finish with my YSL foundation that I then went on to order the minis, and a shape 1. Honestly cannot fault this company!
If I had a negative it would simply be that it is often out of stock so I do have to wait to re-order but can’t really say that’s a negative as every viral product has gone out of stock at some point! Trying to get my hands on certain well known brand (*cough* Dyson airwrap) is also super hard so I guess that’s just evidence of how great Coco Cosmetics is doing!
