I have been robbed. Ordered trainers over 3 months ago and they have not turned up.

Automated service and look legit but it is a money spinner they keep on blaming COVID.
If you are looking into purchasing anything, DON'T. If you have been scammed keep trying to get your money back.

Ordered shoes, thought I was ordering from British website till I got my receipt. Immediately tried to cancel, fobbed off saying shoes had already been despatched. This was a lie, they were not despatched till 3 weeks later. Then took a number of weeks to arrive. Shoes are awful, inside soles are not attached to shie and slip when you are wearing them, sole is hard plastic and they have not put a tab on the front of one of the shoes, so they are mismatched. I have emailed over 40 times, get the same 3 emails in succession. Now being offered $4 compensation for a pair of shoes I paid £19.99 for. Refused this and now they are no longer answering my emails.

UPDATE: OK after I opened a case PayPal Resolution Centre the trainers turned up. Still no word but I have my item and I was actually surprised the trainers weren't as poor quality as other reviews had me believe and they are extremely comfortable. Would I ever order from them again? No! But now I don't feel as if I've been robbed.



Ordered and thank god I paid through PayPal. No communication whatsoever telling me items have been despatched and reading other reviews I'm hoping they don't send them if the quality is poor. The website has also been taken down which immediately sent my alarm bells ringing. I currently have an ongoing case through PayPal Resolution Centre so hoping I get my money back. Lesson learnt!

Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and then do not provide your purchase. Asked for refund several times and was refused and told order in transit. This company is a joke, go elsewhere to spend your money.
Update, received parcel, shoes are a joke, poor quality, painted to look like picture in advert, absolute waste of money. I wouldn't pay £1.99 never mind £19.99.

Shoes are not made properly! Don’t fit but they won’t acknowledge. I have sent pictures and several e-mails. All ignored. Asked for refund several times. Nothing. Disgusting way to run a business. Do not deal with them! You will be robbed.

Like previous reviews I purchased a pair of sneakers after reading reviews on a FB post that popped up. My order did eventually arrived today. They look nothing like the pictures, very poor quality, too big and obviously there is no way to them return for a refund. Lesson learnt, total scam. More angry with myself!! Paid for via PayPal but I'm not sure if they can do anything?

Ordered some shoes from them after seeing adverts online. Facebook page had posts with comments which all looked legit, people saying they were happy with their orders etc. Saw no reason not to trust them as I'd had a thorough look through facebook and their website. Placed my order, and after about 10 days I'd had no confirmation of dispatch. Queried with them via facebook messenger, and they admitted it hadn't been sent yet due to 'logistics'. Following day I had an e-mail to confirm a shipping number, but 10 days have again passed with no update. Sent another message on facebook messenger and received no response. Upon doing some digging, I found all the facebook posts had been deleted and the website was no longer active. Obvious scam now, but really hard to spot before placing my order. I have now raised the dispute with paypal and will be pursuing a refund. Company is a clear con.

They advertise on Facebook and their sneakers look comfortable. They advertise 2-3 days then dispatch. You'll wait a lot longer and still nothing. You'll query your order and they will admit it's not sent yet. You try to cancel your order and they will lie, use delaying tactics and then more lies. They breech long distance selling laws. I'm in resolution with PayPal trying to get my money back. They have now turned off being able to comment on FB now to try to stop me reviewing them. An honest seller wouldn't do something so shady. I'll be sharing the date of the postage details before I refuse and have their sneakers returned. They had also taken down their website to change their cancellation policy. Shady shady shady!! AVOID this unethical seller at all costs!!
