The service from Cocoon apartments was fantastic from start to finish. Charlene went out of her way to make sure every detail was perfect and the communication was exceptional. The apartment we rented was pristine and had everything we needed. We will definately be using again for regular visits.

This was such a great option! Very clean apartment, big for our family of 5 persons. We couldn't ask more. The apartment had all we needed. And we were even presented with a very nice nespresso coffee machine that was very good to us. As Portuguese persons we value coffee a lot :).
About location we really like. We use to sleep with open window and it was really in a very calm street. Metro is around 700m maybe less. For as it was perfect.
About hosts, Charlene was super responsive and helpful. nothing was missing and we were always supported when needed.
I fully recomment this option for any future guest. you would't regret. We will be here next time we visit london!
