I just come back from a stay in Barcelona, in the apartment Summertime in the friendly Gracia area, just down from the Gaudi Park ( or Guell Park). The owner did welcome us and gave us a lot of information about the area, the metro station, some restaurants.
The website cocoonbarcelona is great. It is very easy to find an apartment in the city . They also rent apartments in Rome.
I do really recommend this company.

The apartment Chupito was just like on the website. We enjoyed the roofterrace very much. Very quiet location in the middle of the old centre.
At walking distance to all interesting spots. Very fast answer to email from Cocoon team. Will recommend it to friends and come back next year for my wedding anniversary.

We particularly appreciated Raimundo's personal welcome, tour of the facilities and recommendations for sights to see, markets to use and best methods of travel from the apt. We also think that the small extras such as a few condiments to use and some foil for wrapping leftovers are a real plus when self-catering is involved. We have already recommended this accommodation to a friend.

Cocoon was also very helpful when we needed to stash our bags until our apt. was ready and helping to direct us with transport to the apt. from the office and train station.

Quality service & value for money!

Gotic Dream was truely a dream. And a vary nice one too. Perfect location and a perfect appartment for two persons. Extreemely quite neighbourhood after shopping hours. Jeff was great and provided excellent service. We will come back! E-M & E Jacobsen, Denmark
