Beware of this Company! They are not based in the U.K. but in France. I bought a product from them that gave me terrible migraines. I contacted their customer service and I was told that I was passed their 14 day returns policy. Most companies in the UK give either 30 or 90 days. The product was Memorex which gave me uncontrollable migraines and since I stopped taking them, the migraines have subsided! I have 4 unopened boxes, which I want to return for a refund. However, the postage will be expensive if it needs to be returned in France instead of the U.K.!

Update 22.1.2024: The business's response was irresponsible and hypocritical. I have been in contact with their customer service asking for compensation since 20.2.2023. All they replied was, "the courier said the package has been delivered (20.2.2023)", "we asked the courier to do a research (21.2.2023)", "the courier said there was nothing wrong with the delivery (2.6.2023)" ps I received this reply only after I asked about the result of the research , "we asked the courier to open another research (14.6.2023)" , "the courier said the research has not been done (11.8.2023)" , "the courier said the the research has not been done (18.10.2023)" , "We understand you dissatisfaction but we cannot compensate you because we have not heard from the courier (11.12.2023)". No response since then.
Conclusion: Don't buy anything from this company.

Meine im Februar 2023 aufgegebene Bestellung im Wert von 50 Euro habe ich nie erhalten. Als ich Cocooncenter um eine Rückerstattung bat, zeigten sie mir lediglich eine Unterschrift, die nicht meine ist. Cocooncenter sagte, sie würden den Kurier bitten, die Sache zu untersuchen, aber am Ende sagte der Kurier einfach, dass an der Lieferung nichts falsch sei. Cocconcenter hat den Kurier zum zweiten Mal um eine Nachforschung gebeten (zumindest wurde mir das gesagt), und seitdem sind mehr als fünf Monate vergangen, und ich habe immer noch keine Antwort und keine Rückerstattung erhalten.

As a regular online shopper, I've encountered various experiences with different companies. My recent experience with CocoonCenter, however, stands out for all the wrong reasons. Here's my story and a word of caution for fellow UK consumers.

The Issue: Returning Items to France

The Unexpected Return Journey
I needed to return some items to CocoonCenter, which I initially thought would be straightforward. However, I quickly learned that all returns had to be shipped back to France. This wasn't a deal-breaker for me, so I proceeded, albeit at a steep cost - over £40 for the return shipment.

The Unforeseen Rejection
The real problem surfaced when my return was outright refused upon reaching France. This came as a complete surprise and left me baffled. There was no prior indication from CocoonCenter, customs, or the courier service that this could happen.

Lack of Communication
CocoonCenter: They didn't inform me about any potential issue with returns.
Customs and Duties: I was in the dark about any customs or duty requirements.
Courier Service: There was no heads-up from them about possible rejection at customs.

The Frustration of Being Left in the Dark
I was more than willing to cover any additional customs fees, but the lack of opportunity to do so was disheartening. The absence of clear communication from CocoonCenter or any other involved party made the situation worse.

My Advice to UK Shoppers
Consider the Return Policy: Understand that returning items to CocoonCenter means shipping them back to France at your own expense.
Be Aware of Customs Issues: There's a risk that your return might be refused due to customs, and you might not be informed in advance.
Prepare for Potential Costs: The return process can be costly, and there's a chance you might not be reimbursed if things go awry.

Conclusion
While CocoonCenter might offer a wide array of products, my experience as a UK customer was far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency and communication regarding international returns was a major drawback. I hope my story helps other UK shoppers make informed decisions when considering CocoonCenter for their online purchases.

I did contact the customer service at cocooncenter who is kept telling me that the parcel blocked at my country (Hong Kong). And also mentioned that they would not pay for return. But DHL HK informed that the shipper has confirmed return back yesterday. I emailed to CS of cocooncenter today that they replied to me the same. I really disappointed about the feedback of CS. No one at cocooncenter can help and solve out the problem.

I went to buy over £100 worth of items to be sent to the UK and thank god I read the reviews, incase you don't read down as far as me, I noted the prices where good for some of the items all things considered, however please approach with caution, the items they have sold to others are fakes. Hence the cheaper price tag, if it seems to good to be true.. probably is.

The reviews were mixed on trust Advisor so I went ahead and ordered.

It's been 1 and a half month now since I ordered £141.00 worth of products from Cocooncentre and haven't received anything yet. I have emailed the company several times and the reply has been they are investigating and still waiting to hear what has happened or at least for them to find other ways to send me my products.

Most companies are quick to resolve any issues and this is clearly taking longer. So at this moment in time I can't say I would recommend.
Appended:Despite sending emails again and again as per advice here I have not received any response so far and I don't know how to get a response 😞!

I was a little worried about the order because of the negative reviews, but I received the order very quickly and very nicely packaged. In conclusion, it was worth ordering

The parcel never arrived, I waited for my parcel about a month to arrive...I gave up, I am waiting for a refund now, fingers crossed, they said in about a month ...please stay away from this company at least for online shopping

Ordered £100 worth of cream which was not delivered. Evri, the courier admitted to me it had been lost and to contact the seller. Cocooncentre said I had to wait 6 weeks for the litigation process, which then 'didn't go in my favour'. I will never use this company again.

Very fast delivery, great discounts and amazing products!

I am in the US (California) and will shop again at Cocooncenter for European skincare. The prices and product selection are competitive to another retailer I was considering, but shipping is expensive to the US regardless of retailer. The prices (cost of products + standard shipping) ended up being similar, but Cocooncenter prices were slightly better. Another positive point, Cocooncenter had the latest products in stock, while other retailers did not. My sunscreens worked well by preventing burning and tanning. Some of the reviews I have seen stating the LRP sunscreen received were counterfeit due to French package "misspellings" e.g., "UVA ULTRA-LONGS" are skeptical as I verified the spelling with another LRP French package from a friend currently on holiday overseas. As for shipping to the US, a local post is used in Brussels and then passed to USPS once the package arrives in the US. There is no tracking from the local Brussels post and my tracking number on USPS remained unchanged for 9 days until the package arrived in New York, where the Customs process took 1 day, and 5 days later my package was delivered to me.

I was so scared after i bought because of the reviews in here, but im absolutely happy with my purchase, it came in 4 days, all my products where in the box and all of them expires on 2025 or 2026. Very affordable prices for original products. Give a chance.

If it were possible, I would rate them less than 1 star due to the abysmal service and complete lack of care for their customers. I requested a refund for a product that caused me a severe skin reaction. Despite assuring me that the product was not expired or defective, they showed no concern for the distressing impact these products had on my skin. Instead, they denied my refund request without taking any responsibility for the harm caused. This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and regretful for ever placing my trust in this horrible site. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the harm caused by their products demonstrate a complete lack of integrity and customer care.

Everything was perfect. Right product delivered even much sooner than expected. Only concern was the very short notice email of only 1 hour before delivery by Evri. I was lucky to be home at that short notice.

I received my La Roche-Posay UVMune Anthelios hydrating cream and invisible fluid sunscreens to the US. Upon inspection the labels look fake and have typos “UVA Ultra-Longs” rather than “Ultra Long-UVA” on real items. There was also a sticker on the cream that does not appear to be legitimate/original. Spent 40+ dollars to try these only for them to likely be fakes. Good fakes, but fakes. I’d post a photo if I could, they are very convincing.

Competitive prices, fast delivery, the items were packed carefully, no spills or tears.
I was really worried considering all the negative reviews. I am really glad I decided to give Cocooncenter a try. Will absolutely order again soon.

I had made an order and then I saw so many negative reviews and became very worried. However, I have received all my 7 products mainly baby skincare products that I ordered and all came intact undamaged and the products have a good couple of years for expiry.

Took a while to come but I was aware of that. No problem with product or cost.
