Correct a CODAN error

Correct a CODAN error

Once upon a time CODAN was No. 1 Insurance company. However, a gold digger took over the establishment, now sending customers away.
If you discover an error and ask it to be corrected, CODAN closes down the dialogue immediately. And the error can live on, for years and years. For heavens sake - find another insurance company! And by the way - if they invite you to discuss the issue, you will never win, anyway. Waste of time.

the worst travel insurance! Do not waste money and time on this! takes ages to answer on the case and after half year still no conclusion on my case.

I just had a case where I had to pay a…

I just had a case where I had to pay a damage via my car insurance.
I asked details about what repairs I'm exactly paying for and all the answers I got is that I should trust, that the repairs are all good... whatever this means.
The company refuses to give any information about the damages I paid for.
Paying random sum for god knows what? Goodbye Codan.
