This furniture and the owner (Braden Ritcher) are absolutely terrible – terrible quality, terrible customer service and they are thieves.
We bought about 15+ pieces from them to outfit our terrace and every single piece fell apart.
Worse, the one piece that was not yet delivered that we told them we did not want, for the obvious reason that it was also going to fall apart given what had happened to all of the other items – they neither refunded nor have they delivered it.
They flat out stole our money and now refused to answer emails or calls despite numerous attempts to get in contact.
Stay away from these people. They are a bunch of frauds!!!
The after-sales service here is poor. After purchasing the product, the seat fabric is frayed (due to poor quality product). I asked them to send me a vial of the tanning dye as guaranteed in the agreement. And to my surprise, I was the one to pay and the shipping fee

The poor quality sofa was broken within a year of having it, all messages regarding this were sent before the 1 year warranty ended, however the messages were ignored and now they are refusing to fix this when the year is out! They are cheap for a reason, don't waste your money.

I assembled it and to find the headrest deviation issues, the height difference of the two main sections of the sofa looks 5cm taller than the others, significant wear marks on the fabric. I submitted a complaint but the company did not resolve it and I have to accept it

I am very disappointed in the company attitude. They caused a lot of stress. The way they talk to customers is outrageous. After two months, they couldn't tell me when my order would arrive. I have never been treated like this anywhere, I paid for the sofa I ordered and they cannot give me any information on where to place my order, this company so funny

Bad experience so far, spent over a grand on a sofa in April and have been waiting **15 Weeks** now and not heard a thing from Codastudio since the day I ordered it. Bear this in mind when looking at the 10-12 weeks delivery on the website

The fabric in some areas looks like it's been pulled unevenly. The sides are completely uneven and the hinges are incorrect. Stretch in some areas and 'normal' in others so the edges are 'straight'. ' like a wave! very bad quality

I wish I would never order from them. Arranged delivery is completely unacceptable. I don't know what our sofa is like, because it has been in storage somewhere for weeks, not yet delivered. The delivery company will randomly text you a date they choose. If this doesn't fit then it takes a long time for them to text you another inappropriate date they've chosen. If you refuse this, wait another week for a further date... And so on.

After they looked into the matter, I was informed that I had indeed been sent to someone's custom sofa and that they would update me with a re-delivery date next week. Have repeatedly asked for compensation but was told they are delivering me the exact sofa for free as a "goodwill gesture". In fact, they are correcting their mistake at my expense.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Totally useless and you'll be pulling your hair out like me! I've been waiting for over a week for someone called Mark to call me back to arrange delivery for a sofa I bought 4 weeks ago that was pre-packed. I've had no contact since this first email, even though I've been told the email will come to me within 4 weeks, I'm still waiting! All you get when you call, email or live chat are friends and the 'receptionist' whose job is to receive messages and never get a response. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

No after-sale service. They promised me a lot about customer care, product quality, and returns if there was a problem. But that didn't happen, I reached out to them for support, but they almost don't care about it.

After about a month came back and we chose a sofa in our price range and what we liked.We have been told the delivery date and confirmed several times.The day the delivery arrived, we threw away the old sofa to get the new one ready. We were told that we would deliver until 7pm.And,7pm no sofa. And the shop was closed then we were told the next day that they sold out and we couldn't have the sofa we booked for another 3 months. A bad experience with a high priced product

Terrible customer service. I ordered a gray sofa last year. They said they could send us the black version and the correct canvas cover next month. I agree, based on the view that we will get the correct slide cover soon. Next month I received the correct black model next month. But then they didn't give us back as promised.
