Sent product back and provided with a refund but still no acknowledgment of the initial complaint.

I cannot recommend or thank the team at coddies enough! Mel in particular has gone above and beyond to help me. I received a pair of fish flops as a ‘secret santa’ and they were one size too small. I reached out to customer care and without hesitation they offered to exchange them for me and did so really quickly! It seems silly and a novelty gift but they are actually the comfiest things ever! I’m so thrilled with the incredible customer service I’ve just ordered another pair for my husband! Mel - you are a superstar! Your follow up comms and responses have gone above and beyond the call of duty - I hope this reaches you and you get the recognition you deserve!
Order placed 30th November. Received an email 20th December cancelling the order and saying it gave me time to get another gift! Really isn't time and incredibly disappointing. Another company who think it's OK to advertise and let you order products they don't have.
The taco slippers I gifted at Christmas lasted exactly 2 days (2 VERY short wears) before the seams ripped open and half of the stuffing fell out.
