Apparently we payed for something for £3 but they have continued to take a payment each month.
No emails, no contact
And because of that it is difficult to cancel. Seems a huge con.

What a scam, i ordered a present for €3,-, a lot later the get 3 from my creditcard, and les then a week later they took €72 from my account, for what?, no mailing and still get nothing, time and money lost for this scammers 😡😡😡😡😡

I’d give zero stars if I could. I have had £183 taken out of my account by these crooks after filling out a form to get a North Face Bag.
I have reported this to my bank and complained to them.
They have responded today to say that they emailed me to say that I would be charged for a subscription as I hadn’t cancelled. How can I cancel something I know nothing about?!
Absolute con artists, hopefully my bank can sort and hopefully no one else gets caught out like I have. Disgraceful!
By the way the North Face bag never arrived!

I too was scammed after completing a survey was offered a marks and Spencer letter box hamper all I had to do was pay £3 postage and now there's £45 showing as pending on my account, there's a fraud somewhere because I never signed up for it and never heard of the company before.
