I have been with Codero for about 15 years with a dedicated server. I find this company to be amazing in service and.mostly for customer telephone support. They are in my opinion being in the IT business, one of the best hosting companies in North America.

Constant downtime throughout the month despite their "uptime guarentee".
Note their uptime guarentee does not cover "scheduled maintenance" which unfortunately accounts for most of the hours of downtime each month.
Their service unusable and their support department is often clueless. I've had to solve many issues myself despite notifying their support department who can never identify a problem.
