Only received the download link for part of my order.

Never received an email.
Can't get a reply on chat.
Portal won't allow me to create an account or login.

I purchased a product activation key for Microsoft Office Professional Plus from Codeshack. The key was received by email, but it is not recognised as a valid key by Microsoft - it is essentially useless. I have attempted to contact the seller via email, chat, and by raising a problem report on their website but have had no response. I will now raise the issue with Paypal.

Update - Paypal responded in a couple of hours and offered me a full refund. Excellent service from Paypal, but not so good from Codeshack.

It worked as described and the key accepted even thought the installation was done 20 days after receiving it. What i liked the most with the new Office, is that after uninstalling the Office2019 as described, everything was preserved from the previous installation especially the Outlook account settings , send receive groups, and even the search indexing status !! In minutes my system was operational again.

I bought CodeShack's offer of Office, but I've not received a license key. I've submitted feedback to CodeShack through their Support and their OnLine windows, but no response.
I can't install the MS Office 2021 Professional Plus without the license key.

Fantastic. Easy payment and installation. Easy very sceptical when i read the add but as it was registered on Trust Pilot I went ahead.

Very easy to use website and payment method (paypal) email with all info required came within minutes, download links and code required. And yes the code works.

I have used Professional Plus versions for well over a decade. This is probably my fourth of fifth install from various suppliers. Some of the install procedures are a visitation from hell. This experience is probably the best I have had. Instructions were simple and installed in minutes, checked all the apps in suite open OK. I made of copy of instructions as a PDF. Duped the image file for security and copied the license key to a text file to go with the IMG and PDF in case I need to re-install. So long as it continues to run for four months I'm good, as that's the comparative cost of a 365 subscription. (Make sure you backup data from old versions of Office before uninstalling). It doesn't get any easier than this... By all means check out the supplier beforehand - I always do - if it's dodgy there's usually a firestorm of complaints.

I can confirm that this is the official pro version of the new Office just released this week, awesome! Great price, I already bought Office 2019 a year ago, great products and great support.

I uninstalled my previous version of Office 2019 Pro Plus before installing this version of Office 2021 Pro Plus. The process was completed without any problems whatsoever.
