Hearing the sound of our package with glass in it being dropped from height is quite disturbing. The Courier is more interested in talking on his phone than doing his job. Pathetic experience. Amaz... See more

This company should not be in business.
That this company has a contract with Amazon is baffling.
On more than one occasions packages have been left in the driveway of my a house two doors down - not even taken to the door.
They often mark a package as "delivered" shortly after leaving their depot. How do I know? The delivery is shown as happening shortly after leaving and in the same suburb, over 30 minutes from my house.
Whether or not those packages show up, up to three days later, is anyone's guess.
They are not contactable.
Incompetent, avoid at all costs
CODExpress is a garbage company.
1) They leave packages in obviously unsafe locations. I live in an apartment complex with a front desk that accepts packages. AusPost somehow magically knows to deliver packages to the front desk, but CODExpress is happy to leave your package in a public mailroom that is obviously unsafe for a package.
2) Their website doesn't even have a contact number, you have to hunt it down
3) When I called them, they said the package was delivered, sent a photo of a package in the mail room and then hung up. Incredibly rude customer service, they took no responsibility for the incompetence of their couriers.
4) I contacted Amazon for a refund and it turned out the package in the photo wasn't even mine, they had apparently scanned my package as delivered even though it never was delivered somehow. Idk how that is even possible.
Literally the worst courier AU
Literally the worst courier in Australia.
Amazon delivery, they said they needed more details even though I've had hundreds of things delivered to this address without issue.
Then they just returned the goods to Amazon instead of delivering them and I had to go order the stuff again.
Why does Amazon use this delivery partner?
I bought something from Amazon, which was marked as delivered yesterday by codexpress, but there is no sign of it. I was home at the time, it was "delivered". I can't access the codexpress website as my browser blocks it because apparently it has been reported as a deceptive site. I am escalating through Amazon. If I could give codexpress a 0 star rating I would.
LAZY
4 deliveries in a row have been thrown over my fence
(1.8m high) rather than opening it and placing it on the bench inside. My last one was left outside the property and stolen. Going off the rest of the reviews I'd say Amazon will drop the company soon. I understand ppl will only leave reviews fro delivery companies when its negative, but i have never given another company a review either. These D-heads are clearly the worst.
Parcel left in the middle of the driveway
Parcel left in the middle of the driveway. Anyone could have stolen it. Should have been left somewhere safe like at the front door.
Parcel left outside in the rain
Parcel left outside in the rain (rather than on our covered porch, where every other company delivers our parcels).
Crap express more like it
Exact same experience as everyone here
Got a notification to say unable to deliver
Even though been waiting at home and havtn seen anyone show up yet
Rang Amazon they could do nothing
Attempted to call them and number appears to be fake same with the site
Left $400 delivery on main street
Delivery was marked as signature required, however CODExpress faked signature, didn't ring door bell, and left a $400 delivery out in the open next to mailbox.
Utterly useless, no delivery and no customer service
Packages marked as delivered with some random name and signature, but I did not receive it. Another time they tried to deliver to a business address at 10pm, no card left. No tracking available. Their customer service number just goes to some guys voicemail and he never answers or responds.
Delivery never attempted
Delivery never attempted, website doesn't work, customer service goes to a voice mail that's never returned. Is this even a real company?
Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service. Ordered 2 books from Amazon - CODExpress had the job to deliver to Bendigo. Tracking stated out for delivery 2 days ago, nothing updated until last night when delivery was attempted to a BUSINESS address at 9.55pm... PM!!! Do they think we don't go home at night?? Tried to phone them - could only leave a voice message. So far no call back, and I truly doubt they will. Certainly no delivery today, thus far.
Same as everyone else..
Same as everyone else... Notified that the package was delivered... arrived home from work, no package, no card, no nothing. Called them on their landline number, no answer. What is this nonsense!?
Nightmare Service Amazon Uses in ACT
Several times Amazon packages are marked delivered but not actually delivered.
Amazon order was not delivered
Amazon order was not delivered, despite receiving email to say it was. The tracking says it was signed by "Road Closed"! I was home at the time (and there are no "closed roads"!).
COD Express has no contact information on their tracking site, so I am unable to follow this up with them.
Amazon service is great and they refunded, but I am now unable to get the same item at the price I paid for the original.
MY PARCEL CONTENTS MISSING, $400 STOLEN
UPDATE: Bought 2 SSDs from Amazon worth $400. Parcel arrived but both SSDs are missing. The envelopes Amazon uses are too easily opened and items appear to be stolen by this courier
ORIGINAL: Every delivery is left in the middle of my steps in full view of the street and weather. Doorbell is never rung nor door knocked, just dump the parcel and run each time. This is not how a courier should be trained.
I may have to rethink ordering from Amazon most deliveries to Canberra seem to be via this company.
Useless, abysmal, hopeless
Amazon delivery marked as delivered by Codexpress but nowhere to be seen.
And no way to contact them to resolve the issue.
Product marked as delivered but not…
Product marked as delivered but not true
Email from Amazon says the parcel has been delivered but not true. Why is this company still operating when it is obvious that they steal parcels. Shame on you Amazon and shame on CODExpress. Not possible to contact anyone at CODExpress always voicemail and never any call back.
I have ordered a similar product from a different company because Amazon use an automated system so if I reordered from them the system would again select CODExpress.
Amazon do the right thing and stop using this company.
Marked as Delivered but didn’t receive any packages
I don’t know what they’re doing with the tracking system, but they seems to really like to mark the delivery as “Delivered” but don’t actually deliver the package. This has happened twice with me and it is really messed up, their tracking website doesn’t even work for “maintenance” reason that has been going for ages. It’s sad that Amazon uses this crappy service in ACT.
Only courier company that won't deliver…
Only courier company that won't deliver to our closet
Store, ridiculous opening
Hours for picking up
Parcels 6-11am,
Rude lazy staff,
I complained about their
Service so pay back was return my parcel without notification that it was ready to be picked up
