They go out of the way to help you, even if you are not their clients.
Recently on a shopify community forum, I was looking for a way to add my company logo on the footer of my website. Even though, I paid no money for their services, Jasoliya Brijesh of CodifyInfotech went out of his way to help me find a solution for my problem.
